In the past some have accused us of being the “Buzzfeed of Pokémon”… capitalizing off of clickbait and rumors. They were wrong of course, it’s all high-class entertainment here and our commentors only put their glasses of wine down long enough to tap out responses below articles. That idea though, a Buzzfeed of Pokémon, didn’t sound too bad. And now I’m happy to announce that it doesn’t look so bad either! PokéMemes @ PokéJungle is now officially OPEN! Why open a meme-oriented site? Besides providing a human necessity (humor), it also fills a gap for people who want to share Pokémon related GIFs, images, memes, polls and quizzes when news is slow. We sometimes struggle to even have an article worth of information a day because of the nature of running a niche-focused site, but there’s really no limit on the humorous and fun Pokémon-related content you can create or share. It sets up a place to relax and have a more regular stream of posts that YOU can contribute too!

    • It’s her Zebstrika with Sitrus berry that got me the first time, I didn’t OHKO it so it surprised me a bit. Still beat it with Trapinch though.

      • I was playing white so she didn’t have any berry, my main problem was the volt switch annoyance and the fact that almost my entire team is weak to her Pokemon’s moves

        • Oh OK, yeah it can be a pain when you try to hit her with a Ground type move and she Volt Switches to Emolga.

    • honestly I could see them not doing a new Pokemon and just focusing on the UBs. They’d be new enough to the anime and aren’t toughed all that much in game other than the scavenger hunt post game. So there’s plenty of room for them to be shown off.

          • Idk in the games she’s insistent on Ultra Beasts being free to the point she’ll let them ravage Alola but hey it is the anime

          • ALSO when the frell is Guzma is gonna be active, he’s appearance is my best chance to see Golisopod in the anime

            -Size Comparison 6’07 is freaking huge
            -Cry, i feel it has a raspy hissing screech
            -how it uses First Impression and Liquidation (i feel FI is it lunges forward and slashes with ungodly speed and i’m so confused what Liquidation is “The users slams into the target using a full-force of water” now does it blast solid water at the opponent or does it propel itself like Greninja’s Hydro Pump in Smash

          • Idk sometimes I feel the anime has really lame animation so I like to think to myself how it’d work in the case the game doesn’t convey it well

          • That doesn’t matter, I have never had issues with the anime, I still wanna see how it moves and fights

          • The last one I believe the latter option but it’s like a slower and more powerful Aqua Jet.

  16. Unpopular opinion: I miss Grass/Poison and Rock/Ground, the last times we got non evo Pokémon with those types was like Gen III and II respectfully

  18. I just want to state. This MEga distribution sucls, and I know it will probably pass down to USUM. I REALLY hope it doesnt, and they just give you the rest of the mega stones. Im really missing my sandstorm MEga Diancie team. Easily one of my favorite mega teams. Mega Diancie is my one of my favorite megas. Awesome Sweeper! However, I love using nearly all mega pokemon. Something about them is just so cool. Especially when you have their shiny form. I love when their shiny form has like a big change. Just awesome.

    Anyone here got any shiny megas that you use in battle? (I have pretty much mostof them that came out in ORAS). Whats’s your favorite shiny mega?
    They all look so good! I cant pick one!!

    • I have my Shiny Mega Venusaur, Lucario, Camerupt, Gardevoir, Metagross, Altaria, Manectric, Steelix, Mewtwo and Gyarados. My favourite is probably Venusaur.

      • Oh I also have Shiny Mega Beedrill, I knew I was forgetting one. It’s my second most recent one too as I just remembered I also have Slowpoke which will be able to go Mega when I evolve him.

        • Mine was originally from SS and was my first (other than the lost Krabby) Shiny I caught

          Oh I remember a fun story my brother knocked out a Shiny Geodude in HG because he realized too late it was shiny… he also caught Shiny Zigzagoon in Ruby

          • I caught a Shiny Geodude while smashing rocks in Omega. Once I found a shiny Wurmple in Sapphire but my battery died and another time I found a shiny Stunky in a horde in X but accidentally ran. I have since caught shiny Wurmple in the Bug catching contest in HG and another horde Stunky.

          • I caught a Shiny Durant in my brother’s copy of X (I was waiting for GameStop to call me to get my copy, but they never did, even though I reserved it).It was completely random.

          • I played through my sisters’ SS and caught Shiny Lugia. My only shiny that game. It’s Quirky but I still love it for the rarity alone.

      • I agree, I think actually both normal and Shiny ones look cool. Mine is in a Sport Ball which looks even cooler now.

    • Hehe… I wish I had a mega shiny. Right now I have 4 shinies 2 from GTS (Oricorio and Nodoking) (1 probably hacked, the second one for sure) and two random encounters (Yellow flower Flogres (caught as flabebe) and Pelipper). I’m not a very lucky hunter.

        All I have is Gulpin and Beedrill (caught as Weedle) from random

        And three from trade/WT (Manectric(probably hacked), Jirachi(gone) and Croconaw(Got as Totodile, but now gone))

    • Deep in a large Jungle, in the largest oldest tree, one branch near the centre is tipped with sap seemingly fossilized as amber, it cradles the Infernapite like a golden hand.

          • Okey. Basically, it’s centered around the anime I’m making (more brainstorming since I can’t draw), happening during the Mystery Dungeon arc, and post-time skip. It happens when my character, Alex (in his Lucario form), gets into this fight with some guy (He’s supposed to be a villain), and he’s basically getting the shit kicked out of him, even while Mega Evolved (my character). The others in the group try to help, a different Alex (The two are supposed to be the same person, but from different worlds) in his anthro Jolteon form (The rest of them are all gonna be anthro Eeveelutions except for one because I couldn’t because I couldn’t think of any other Pokemon to give them), Sam in his Sceptile form, Ashley in her anthro Glaceon form, and Lance in his Anthro Leafeon form, but to no avail. They’re all pretty much beat down, but Alex (Jolteon) gets up wanting to fight back, but knowing he stands little to no chance.The thought makes him angry, as he needs a way to help (according to him).Through some means (I need to figure out the how still), he gains a Jolteonite and Mega Evolves.I need a design too, though that could be hard.Also, I like to think of this as similar to Trunks’ SSJ Rage transformation in Dragon Ball Super.Now I’m done talking

          • Sorry I went out. Anthros sound interesting, I don’t think they’ll ever do a game with them though, if they do it will be like ReBurst.

          • I mean, I have had ideas of the types of games that could come from it (mostly JRPG and Fighting game).Alex and Sam’s Lucario and Sceptile form (respectively) just regular and not anthro, just to clear that up

    • Deep in an extinct volcano, partially embedded into a piece of volcanic rock. With special equipment and help from my partner, I find the Salazzite

          • I would keep its’ Unique typing tbh. Up its’ defenses a bit and increase the Special Attack and Maybe +10 speed. The ability sounds good though.
            Probably + 35 to each defense and + 30 S.Attack. then lower P.Attack by 10.

    • I found my Garchompite deep in a cave, surrounded by a forest of stalagmites and stalactites

      Heracronite in a thick forest tree

      And Aerodactylite I found welded to a cliff side

    • Entering Meteor Falls, I explore the cave and arrive at B1F in the back room. When getting the TM Dragon Claw, I can faintly hear cold air seeping through the wall, which I believed that there existed the possibility that there was some area in there.

      Breaking down the wall, I discover ancient Draconid ruins that were initially sealed off to a landslide. Traversing in these ruins, I see that ancient writings were on the walls, similar to the Unown, as well as various Dragon Pokemon imprinted on the walls too.

      I reach a secret room where there is an abundance of Mega Stones on the floor for every Dragon type Pokemon that can possess Mega Evolution. I dig around, and come across an emerald and gold chest with a figure that looks like Flygon on it. On it are the Unown words that imprint: “TAME THE SANDSTORM, THEREFORE, YOU WILL UNLOCK THE DESERT SPIRIT WITHIN.”

      Alas, upon opening the chest, I have found the Flygonite.

    • I’d find my Bewearite in a hollowed out tree in a mysterious forest filled with Fairy types! Of course, to find the tree, we would have to defeat Trevenant and Sylveon, the Forest Guardians
