Would you call Pokémon a collectathon in a similar way to games like Banjo Kazooie? As far as dex completion goes at least

Type matchup mission is the best one to get FC pretty fast…. per mission I get between 35 to 50 coins

I think its unlocked at Level 4 .. just do wondertrades – you get 2 FC from each person you traded with (you need to talk to them at the right table inside the castle)
when you level up, go outside and talk to the Hula Girl right next to the bridge

Molayne was an ex captain that specialises in Steel Types. If he had remained the captain…would his Totem have been the dreaded Togedamaru?
Again sucks that there were basically no decent new Steel Types.

Which battle in Sun/Moon was the most difficult for you?
For me it was against Kahuna Hapu and Kukui
Hapu’s Dugtrio set up sandstorm and thanks to sand veil, all my attacks missed. It then sweeped my entire team
When facing kukui,all my pokemon were underleveled and I was low on Healing items since I have a rule that I don’t buy healing items from Marts.
I had nothing for his primarina and he used 2 full restores on Sturdy Magnezone. I lost twice, and on the third try barely won with only my incineroar left
Totem Wishiwashi and lusamine also gave me trouble
For me it was Kahili…. My flying counter was a togedemaru

one totem gave me some issues and by that I mean I lost once, everything else was tame except for the same person Star had trouble with I had the same problem, even when using super effective moves

Personally, without a 5-6IVd Ditto I wouldn’t even bother to breed 1 Pokemon. Ain’t nobody got time for that
I feel like we are going to get move tutors, better breeding and easier level up in the Sinnoh remakes or maybe the Switch version. I believe they may want to use breeding and move tutors as a mini marketing tool to help make the next games sell good, just like how they gave ORAS more mega evolution

What’s the consensus about the difficulty level? I’m not that far in, but seems like most of the ‘boss’ battles are giving me a harder time then I could remember from past games. The random generator plays it unfair though, you often get flinched four times in a row.

Trials really make the game feel less segmented…

Like, with the previous games kinda felt like the next gym was the goal and you couldn’t do much until you beat it but sun and moon really gives you lots to do between trials idk
Plus, not all trial captains have trials, some they battle you part of a story.
