Ever wonder what the bosses of the villainous teams in Pokémon would look like if they were real? Ryo Kitamura, singer in group Unknown Number, brings them to life for us.

Giovanni, Maxie, Archie, Cyrus, Ghetsis and Lysandre all look great, although I have to say Ghetsis is probably my favorite. Will also point out that Giovanni is giving me some major vampire vibes.

There will be a special event held at Japanese Pokémon Centers during which staff will be cosplaying as bosses from the Pokémon games. You can check out a few more shots of Kitamura over at the Japanese Pokémon site.

      • Halloween is never happy.

        The constant threat of some horrible little street urchin dressed up in some ugly costume is going to knock my door when I’m watching TV and expect me to reward them for bothering me will forever ruin All Hallows’ Eve.

        Not to mention everyone forgets to celebrate All Saint’s Day and All Soul’s Day afterwards.

  6. Also I think the website changed again since I last looked
    In order from least liked to most liked:

    -I don’t like the screen filling article image, it seems makes it seem like the computer-based website is just a scaled up version of the phone version.

    -I don’t completely like the change to the navbar, but I can live with it.

    -Going back to the Sewaddle and green theme I am completely neutral to.

    -Many thanks for the background change, my eyes can rest easy at last ; U ;

  12. He’s definitely not old enough to represent these characters. I usually imagine the Team Leaders to be somewhere in their 30s to 40s, with some possibly being older.

    The only exception is Cyrus who is definitly said to be in his twenties, despite that scowl and those cheekbones of his.
