Yesterday, I went to Battle Resort for the first time and people there were talking about Pokemon World Championship. I freaked out thinking Pokemon World Tournement from BW2 is back, but then I realised the truth. It’s so sad. PWT was the best post game thing ever.

I get the feeling that, with Worlds being such a competitive scene, they might announce Pokken for Wii U for the West, and next year, they will have a whole new section of Worlds for Pokken 🙂

Well not officially, but in the Manaphy movie there was an easter egg where Team Rocket mentioned “Diamonds and Pearls”. Fans knew what was up at that point.
D/P was such a slow burn tho. They’re not gonna wait the same amount of time they did for this game whatever it is lol
Munchlax was revealed in May 2004 with D/P releasing in September 2006. The latter two were revealed sometime between then and might’ve even appeared in XD: Gale of Darkness or Dash.

The announcers said shortly after the ceremony that it’s Pokken. They mentioned the 1:30 time, but I was just checking bc I didn’t hear them talk about the 3:30 secret
