The newest Pokémon movie had a short trailer for next year’s film and within it a brand new Pokémon was revealed. Although some fans drew pictures, we know have an actual image of what was shown in the trailer. The green Pokémon whizzes by the logo and disappears from view, but this is a clear shot of it.
Any guesses on typing?

Maybe it actually is a new pokemon like, Zorua and Munchlax, that once the games come out play no specific role at all

I dunno. I like it. But prepare for people saying “I don’t like it’s design because it’s not what I wanted.” It’s not about what you want, so let me just settle that argument before it starts. Here’s to hoping it’s Gen 7, but ties into Gen 6. I’d be content with Gen 6.5.

This Pokemon is either the 7th Generation promo or it’s just connected to Zygarde. In my opinion; I think it’s a Dragon-Type. Who knows? There is going to be one more Pokemon game for Generation 6. It’s highly going to release in 2016 or 2017. Let’s just hope it’s something neat! :]

It might be a ground or dragon type. I can see this pokemon living with Zygarde, kinda like Carbink and Diancie in the previous pokemon movie
or it could be some kind of “scouting cell” personally made by Zygarde’s own DNA and it travels through the Globe’s crust and help’s Monitor the ecosystem, who knows maybe that’s why it’s eyes are all irregular one acts as a organic camera

This Pokemon definitely has nothing to do with Zygarde or the next games at all, its just our first Gen 7 pokemon. Pribably wont get any details for it at all until after the movie.
I think that the little green guy is probably some sort of legendary or rare Pokemon, like Manaphy. And I think the big one looks to be a new form of Zygarde, their cries sound very similiar, the hexagons are really Zygarde’s main motif and the Pokedex entry talks about Zygarde’s “secret power”, not to mention Thousand Waves and Thousand Arrows. I believe that Zygarde was the one who put a stop to the war which took place in the Kalos region centuries ago.

My guess is it’s the Zorua of this movie. It gives me the “it can still evolve” vibe. It would be kinda weird if it is indeed a 7th gen Poke and they don’t add it in the upcoming 6th Gen game. Unless it is part of the spculated 2nd batch of 6th gen mons (in which case, I hope they update XY and ORAS to be compatible with these mons cuz XY not supporting ORAS Megas was and still is, complete BS)

Haven’t commented much on this little guy, but I think he’s pretty cool. A big part of me is shouting ” IT’S GEN 7 OBVIOUSLY!!!!” but a small part of me thinks (and hopes) that it belongs to the rumored second batch of gen 6 pokemon. In any case, I’m hoping more information is revealed at the upcoming Pokemon World Championships or CoroCoro. Lastly, it’s great to see this place lively again! I’ve missed it, and I’ve only been lurking… XD

people are just taking the green coloring and the vague Zygardeish Legend paired with it, and the red spot on it’s belleh might be a Hexagon which is frequent on Zygarde’s scales
