Pokkén Tournament Out in Japan, Reveals New Fighter

Pokkén Tournament, the joint effort between Pokémon and Bandai Namco (creators of Tekken), hit Japanese arcades today and another fighter was also revealed. As you can see in the above trailer, the fiery chicken Blaziken will be jumping into the ring to duke it out with Gengar, Weavile, Lucario and other combatants. For its special burst attack it will Mega Evolve in order to really bring the heat. Players will get to battle with it starting in August.

Any interest in Pokkén? I’ll be checking it out this weekend or early next week so please look forward to it!

  2. Imagine a Stadium/Battle Revolution game on Wii U with these graphics, ect. It’d be awesome and make competitive way more fun.

      WiiU would be perfect

      • Wii U just needs more Pokemon. Especially something that could be competitive. HD Pokemon would bring in a lot of dough

    • Right now it’s just in arcades, but hopefully like many other fighting games it will come to home console! lol
