Nintendo’s popular line of NFC (near-field communication) toys has 3 new Pokémon available: Greninja, Charizard and Jigglypuff! The figures will work with Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo Wii U & 3DS, as well as Hyrule Warriors, Captain Toad Treasure Tracker and Mario Party 10.
Greninja will be exclusively available through Toys ‘R Us and Jigglypuff will be limited to Target stores in North America. This has made getting pre-orders difficult and it’s widely anticipated that Greninja will face shortages. Regular calls or visits to your local stores will probably help though. Charizard should be available at most retailers and is not expected to be difficult to buy.

My brother went to Target this morning so he could get Splatoon and it’s Amiibos and was nice enough to get me a Jigglypuff and Charizard.

No haven’t yet. I don’t live with my brother so I might not get them until later today
Ideally, I want all the Amiibos but realistically…. I don’t have that much and it isn’t gonna happen, especially with shortages and people who buy them to sell them at ridiculous prices. I’ve learned my lesson with the collecting of Skylanders. Got them all from the first game, then the second and I said no more!
When I get my N3DS, I think I’ll definitely save up for all the Pokemon Amiibos (cause right now, Greninja is my main however I’m loving Mewtwo)

It’s cool to have little figurines of Nintendo Characters, but I think their functionality is extremely gimmicky and pointless.
We have to and find and buy Splatoon amiibos to unlock more missions….that’s stupid.
