its not a super heated acid, its venom and toxins (and occasional garbage)
I don’t think that would have any advantages over ice (maybe the ice can stall the effects but then again i’m not a toxicologist)

it can freeze you solid but yet itself is delicate and frail, its just its nature
except freeze rarely happens and lasts for 1-3 turns.

I do wish they would make a Poison type move that does super effective damage on Steel types like Corrosion or Melt Acid

It’s interesting how the meta is. The Pokemon I predicted would be prevalent aren’t. Lol, I kinda thought sceptic would be used a lot to counter rotom, but I rarely see sceptile
because is fragile as heck anything can kill it and sceptile only resist one priority move with is aqua jet
