Meet the Legendary and Delta Pokémon in the latest ORAS Trailer

The Pokémon Company International has released a new trailer for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire on its official YouTube Channel.

The latest trailer reintroduces fans to familiar Legendary Pokémon, as well revealing the new Delta Episode; an all new story arc featuring new characters and the Delta Pokemon Deoxys.

The arc will see players discover Deoxys, as they fight to save the Hoenn region from a giant meteor and to thwart the plans of Team Aqua and Team Magma, who are stealing the Key Stones of trainers. The arc features a Sky Battle between Mega Rayquaza and Deoxys, one of which likely has something to do with the meteor threatening the region. The official teaser for the Delta Episode is below:

This episode involves the history of the Hoenn region, reaching 3,000 years into the past, and makes the mysteries of Mega Evolution clear at long last. The troubled tale begins with Zinnia, a young woman who bears a certain destiny. The story includes appearances from Team Magma and Team Aqua, Steven, Gym Leader Wallace, and other familiar faces. Don’t miss the conflict between Rayquaza and Deoxys!

At some point the mysterious new character, Zinnia will be introduced and will help decide the fate of the Hoenn alongside the player and other allies from across the region.

Finally more Pokémon have been confirmed to appear in Mirage Spots, inciuding: Entei, Raikou, Suicune, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Cresselia, Heatran, Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus. Regirock, Registeel, Regice are also in the games, if all three are captured players will be able to catch Regigigas.

Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire release later this month!

          • I was thinking that but then i thought, Why not give myself a challenge?

Also yeah i really only focused of my first team. My first one is a revamped original team of mine

          • Yeah i’m still kinda iffy about my team
Lately i fear i’m going to use the same old Pokemon i’ve used in my last 3 roms
But knowing me, i only use the region’s native Pokemon but i really don’t care for most Hoenn Pokemon

          • Can’t do that dude
Only Pokemon native to the Hoenn
Hariyama & Aggron & Flygon are a must and i always use a Starter
and the other ideas were Grumpig and Walreign

          • Nice 😀
Mine is Gallade, Sceptile, froslass, milotic,Flygon/salamence tho leaning towards flygon, and idk yet tho i really wanna transfer a pawniard

          • I always use native Pokemon to the generation, not to the dex. I’m old fashioned
The Pokemon that can mega + ‘colo I used on my original Sapphire game so sentimental (annoying that Manectric isn’t dual typed)
I’ve never used Flygon or Armaldo so should be interesting! (Sadly Gardevoir will be the only female on the team, but she’ll be the strongest, haha)

          • Lol nice

I always do too tho there is nothing can fit the last spot than bisharp IMO tho aggron might actually replace it IMO i need that power house somewhere

With that decision done it becomes a revamped version of my signature hoenn team ( my original fades my memories)
Gardevoir became ballade my favorite pokemon and mega
Sceptile and Aggron and Flygon stayed the same
Now I really wanna try out froslass and milotic so its gonna be really cool

          • Good luck finding that Feebas. I remember the first time I found a Feebas in the wild was in Diamond because there was a better chance, haha

          • yep i saw one in sapphire with my sis and caught it, I never knew it was so rare.

Besides i love that challenge. might ralts will be fun too ^_^ XD

      • I’m gonna be brutally honest with you
I have absolutely no idea what Politics are or how they work

I just thought since with my high practices in Pokemon some must also think that way
there must be tons of people who play the game a certain way
        Like no cheats
        bringing 6IVs
        Shiny

        Reply
        • Ah i see ya tho one could say nomadic for the no cheats bringing 6ivs and shiny things

ORAS is gonna be all natural now that i got bishop out

    • pretty cool to see a fellow gallade fan lol

tho may i ask why have 2 grass types and 2 fightings? maybe having gardevoir fixes it plus it gives you the fairy typing which will probably come in handy a lot in hoenn

  2. All dis team talk reminds me of my very first official team (That i can remember)
I was once one of those kids who basically caught and replaced Pokemon instead of training them
the earliest team of mine was
    Blaziken
    Aggron
    Exploud
    Pelipper
    Altaria
    Latias

  3. The Pokémon Company posted a special news release on November 12th, 2014 to announce that Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire had reached 1 million pre-order sales in Japan. Nintendo previously announced that pre-order sales for ORAS were down in Japan compared with XY but were on par in North America and ahead in Europe. The Pokémon Company revealed though that reservation numbers now exceed Pokémon X and Y overseas which was the fastest selling first week Nintendo 3DS game!

  4. Reason why Trapinch is Stronger then their Evos
    Fact: Even Their Babies Hunt
If anything, dragonfly nymphs are even more cold-blooded than their adult counterparts when it comes to killing. Like many insects, dragonflies begin life with a larval stage. Dragonfly larvae, or nymphs, live underwater and scoot through the water by shooting a jet of water out their rectum, like tiny torpedoes. Some dragonflies live like this for up to five years, before spending a relatively short six or seven months as an adult.
During their waterborne life, they hunt small insects and other larvae, especially mosquito larvae, that are in the water with them. But in many species, the diet doesn’t stop there—some dragonfly nymphs will even eat tadpoles and guppies, snagging their prey with powerful jaws and the same vicious tenacity that will dictate their lives as adults.

        • Antlions actually hunt in a very specific manner. They dig trenches in the sand by running backwards until a conical shape is formed and they sit at the bottom of the trench waiting for prey to fall in to their mouths. Hence trapinchs design with that huge trap like mouth and it’s ability arena traps. In comparison the antlion adult lives only for a few days and basically only exists to mate
