The Pokémon Company International has released a new trailer for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire on its official YouTube Channel.
The latest trailer reintroduces fans to familiar Legendary Pokémon, as well revealing the new Delta Episode; an all new story arc featuring new characters and the Delta Pokemon Deoxys.
The arc will see players discover Deoxys, as they fight to save the Hoenn region from a giant meteor and to thwart the plans of Team Aqua and Team Magma, who are stealing the Key Stones of trainers. The arc features a Sky Battle between Mega Rayquaza and Deoxys, one of which likely has something to do with the meteor threatening the region. The official teaser for the Delta Episode is below:
This episode involves the history of the Hoenn region, reaching 3,000 years into the past, and makes the mysteries of Mega Evolution clear at long last. The troubled tale begins with Zinnia, a young woman who bears a certain destiny. The story includes appearances from Team Magma and Team Aqua, Steven, Gym Leader Wallace, and other familiar faces. Don’t miss the conflict between Rayquaza and Deoxys!
At some point the mysterious new character, Zinnia will be introduced and will help decide the fate of the Hoenn alongside the player and other allies from across the region.
Finally more Pokémon have been confirmed to appear in Mirage Spots, inciuding: Entei, Raikou, Suicune, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Cresselia, Heatran, Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus. Regirock, Registeel, Regice are also in the games, if all three are captured players will be able to catch Regigigas.
Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire release later this month!
Alright playing Wowand Mario kart 8
I am a sorcerer
Her Mega Anklet is shaped as aRayquaza!!!!!
That is one high res foot lol
Screw X and Y!
This mega ring is badass.
I wished May got the Swablu
You should have seen my brother’s reaction when I showed him that episode. He was pissed.
I used to think that Mega Blaziken/Mawile were the best designed Megas.. Then Mega Rayquaza got revealed. Goddamn that thing’s majestic af. Funny thing is, they’re all from Hoenn.
Wait until Mega Dragalge is a thing. It’ll be more “flowey” with more “seaweedish things”.
I love Dragalge. A Mega would be sooo cool
If the franchise was to end, ORAS would be the perfect games to end it. They’re that good! What can be greater than ORAS? Platinum Sequels, but IDK what they can do. They’d either have to change Cynthia’s Star Pokemon since Mega Garchomp exists, or give Garchomp another Mega and give it to her.
Wait, in the trailer, is Brendan riding on Mega Rayquaza… and wearing a SPACE SUIT!?!?!?!?!?!?
ORAS is 11/10 already
You’re slow. xD
Better late then never.
I honestly didn’t notice it until I went on the official site and looked thru the pics. It’s gonna b great!!!! lol
Wallace+Steven=Empoleon….Sinnoh confirmed!!!!!=)
wut
tbh, 3rd gen is not even that great. Too much water for my taste and i hated most of the pokemon ( Mawile, Altaria and Milotic)
*sniff* Those are some of my favorites. ;~;
Is this bait?
The water made it better than all other regions.
Kalos, Sinnoh, and Unova did not have enough water and this is terrible.
More water added to regions
thx
thank you. i really love the water. i love it very much. all that awesome surfing music makes me cry
Also the water in ORAS looks beautiful and the surfing music sounds amazing so I think I’ll way prefer surfing over walking

The battle frontier will return, if not, it will return under a different name.
Flannery’s full name is Flannery Moore.
Moore is her grandfather’s last name. The question is, which side of her family does her granfather belong too?
Just watched Nappy’s video about the trailer.. I knew I wasn’t the only one who thought that the “Delta Episode” sounds like DLC. They did question how they’d be able to implement DLC into Pokemon and I guess this is it. Maybe not this “episode” but if they’re adding more, I’d expect it to be DLC.
“Find out in Ruby and sapphire”
Not
“Find out in ruby and sapphire’s dlc”
I know. This episode might not be DLC, but future episodes (if there are more) might be DLC.
One thing I wanted: Please, please, please lower the legendary Pokémon’s catch rate and make us struggle to get them. I enjoyed that rewarding feeling of finding and catching a legendary in the post game of previous games.
Yes, and let’s remove that shiny lock while we’re at it. Interactable Deoxys and lack of shiny legendaries does NOT blend well.
For those that don’t like Hoenn:
Why are you here?
Come back when Sinnoh’s remade.
No need to ruin our fun.
(Chico, I swear to God if you comment about this…)
I banished you.
My [Gym Leader] tag is untouchable.
I loke shinnoh and hoen equally but the day sinnoh remake comes out that day will be glorious
Wait, did amiibo figurines already come out?
I thought Wave One was releasing on the 21st…
How many copies has x and h sold in the US and world wide
I don’t know. Let me look up how many copies of X and H were sold.
If H means hepatitis, then many.
Pokemon Hepatitis and Pokemon Syphilis coming soon
INB4 Pokemon Salt and Pokemon Pepper come first.
INB4 Serena gets character development first
ohshit
Yup. I went there.
INB4 Team Rocket leaves the series.
INB4 THEY STOP BLASTING OFF ;~;
INB4 Ash uses Psychic Pokemon
Best Wishes can go burn for that.
Best Wishes can just burn.
I stopped watching at Best Wishes, lmao.
It just got too bad. Iris was just…
Yet I want her to come back.
I’m a monster.
I think it’s still around 12 mil
Really? I was expecting more.
yep just checked it’s at 13mil now. might be the first time a remake outsells a main gen game.
Zinnia’s my favorite new character.
Mawile is my new favorite flavor of tiramisu. >:D
Dicie is my favorite cupcake.
Espeon is my favorite ice cream.
Hipster is my favorite anime.

“Meet the Legendary and Delta Pokémon”
Also, Omega Ruby is hype.
Looks so good. Might overtake HeartGold and Black 2 for my favourite Pokémon game(s)!
0o0
Bloody hell, a game with Pokémon and space as a central theme? My pre-teen life is complete.
YESSS!!! Final week until ORAS! So excited. Feels like the time flew by! I mean it seems like it was just yesterday we were all waiting on the weekend we were waiting for that “World Exclusive Footage” xD. But that’s behind us, and now look how many amazing things have been revealed for the games so far??? I can’t wait to start my journey in one week’s time!
Any update on the leakers? Were they proven true or fake? I guess we’ll find out for sure later today.
false, if that were true and that would be filtered
Lies
gimme queso
It’s coming today
I refuse to squee over this until I know for sure that ‘the delta episode’ is not some kind of event-only thing triggered by a download you can only get via streetpass, being handed out by 15 people in the entire country. *glares pointedly at Nintendo*
