Mega Milotic becomes Fairy/Dragon like Altaria. Completely letting go of its water type. You only need Scald for the burn not the for stab.
But wouldn’t that contradict Mega Altaria,
They can both co-exist. I mean look at Milotic… its in the dragon egg group. Has STAB Dragon Tail, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Breath, and Twister. But then on the other side it’s a really beautiful Pokemon (like a fairy). So I think it would make sense to make it both.
Look at Malamar. It’s a Squid that’s not a water type.
