We’ve had battles open for the Eliminations Round open for a while now, and progress has been much slower than we’d hope. Only two pairings are ready to battle in the second round.
Because of this we’ve decided it’s time to set some deadlines. All battles for the First Round of Eliminations are to be completed by 11:59pm CST on August 25. A decision will then be made on what to do with those who have not completed battles, in order to progress the tournament. Players who have pairings for round two may battle now!
We aim to have Eliminations finished by August 31st, with our first Champion and runner-ups announced shortly after. The current standings and bracket for the Eliminations Round can be found by clicking HERE, or below in the spoiler tab – please excuse awkward formatting!

Competitors are still required to declare the results of their battle by submitting them to us privately using a form. We ask that you include a battle video with your submission so we can check results or and claims of cheating if necessary.
Once again we say thank you to everyone who has taken part in this tournament, as we’ve gotten towards the end things have slowed down a little, but it all helps us shape our next tournament for the better.

For once, I want the Pokemon films to break the mold and not recycle the same plot structure. I want an evil Pokemon controlling humans and Pokemon and Ash and co. have to save the WORLD by stopping this evil Pokemon. Unlike Mewtwo, this evil Pokemon destroys itself.
Or they can literally break the mold by coming with a new plot structure that doesn’t have anything to do with saving the world, antagonistic humans, and such.

Lucina is a faster, not as hard hitting character.

Yea. I know. If Nintendo felt like doing more with costumes. Pittoo, Dr. Mario and Daisy could have easily been alt. costumes with different animations. Also, we knew Pittoo was going to be in the game because Pit’s clothing didn’t resemble him. Plus he was teased before! XD
And this way he has a staff and is more physical oriented, and he can fly on his own so his aerial moves will be different.
Dark Pit is a more physical version; he has a staff. Ice Climbers are basically Rosalina.

It’s hard-locked at 60FPS. Even on the 3DS. (The only things that are not 60FPS on the 3DS ver. are the assists.)
He still mentioned how you need a good wi-fi to get stable online….don’t know what’s his standard of non-laggy online is. But it better be a MILLION times better than brawl online
