Saw all the battles in VGC this year. I have to say, I found last years’ better from a spectating standpoint. There was actually a lot more creative movesets/pokemon i.e. Sejun Park. There was nice decision making skills in this one, but I found every team rather uninspired :/

The teams all look very similar and … (don’t hate me) bland. I just want someone to use NU or UU Pokemon or a full team of NU and UU Pokemon! Most UU and NU Pokemon are beasts!
Mega Slowbro, despite looking very silly design wise, it’s Defense looks to be amazing! Being able to take a hit from Mega Charizard X’s Dragon Claw without really a scratch. Plus it has Amnesia and that increased Special Attack on top of Amnesia boosts will make the unique moves it has such as Fire Blast hit quite hard.
My predicted/wanted stats for Mega Slowbro:
HP: 95 (+0)
Attack: 95 (+20)
Defense: 160 (+50)
Special Attack: 140 (+30)
Special Defense: 80 (+0)
Speed: 30 (+0)
EDIT: Added another +10 after being notified that I only had a 90 stat boost.

My X team only had 5 Pokemon because I couldn’t find a 6th Pokemon that would make the team perfectly rounded.
Well the only type your team doesn’t cover is Electric, so you might want to use a Ground type :3

For Generation 7, they should update the battlefield for Wi-Fi battles and such. They should also have special fields that effect different types in a positive or negative way such as: Forest, heals Grass-type Pokemon but damages none Grass-types.

I prefer Mega or Primal because
New form just redistributes stats and not increase in stats. Zygarde is exactly 100 points stat wise lower than Yveltal&Xerneas So a mega could increase in 100.
Zygarde is 80 less than Yveltal and Xerneas.
I would rather have a new form with increased stats, as opposed to a mega. I just don’t think a +100 BST without the ability to hold a boosting item will be that good for Zygarde, especially considering it’s competing with Garchomp already.

Afarr, earlier when I said Reverse Aura, I didn’t mean Aura Break, I mean a new ability that makes, when Zygarde is on the field, a Reverse Battle basically. So, that would make Zygarde (Ground) immune to Flying and immune to Fairy as well, while Dragon would be super effective in Fairy. This makes Zygarde more of a trio master being able to, when Yveltal and Xerneas fight, it counters them and is OP.
That would be one hell of an annoying ability. I’d hate it. 😛

No. It only happens to Pokemon with the ability Run Away. I don’t think Minun has it.

Yeah. It can. Pokemon gain the Terrified status and run away from you. It usually happens to Pokemon that have the Run Away ability when their health is low or when you use a certain orb. But you’re pretty early into the game it seems, so that orb is probably not obtainable yet.

It is! It really is! I got lucky with mine in the wild and it had Defense IV’s or something. Because it can physical hits quite well. Give it a Kee Berry and it’s good to go. 🙂

The Guild is a feature in the sequels where you keep your team members and you can call upon them to join your party anytime. 🙂

Mystery Dungeon bores me every time I play it!
I want to see a Mega Pinsir or Mega Heracross destroy some Pokemans!
I found Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity a complete disappoint to be honest. It didn’t have all the then 649 Pokemon obtainable and the story wasn’t as good and deep compared to the previous entries. What did everyone else think that played the game?
As far as plot structure goes, it was by far the most developed Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game. However, the execution of the plot structure is where the game falters, staggers, and breaks down in pieces. It had a developed beginning but the transition from beginning to it’s modal point was where the game broke down.
B- for me.
It was a well done game in terms of graphics. The dungeon gameplay felt just as good as the others. I believe I had a team consisting Oshawott, Axew, and Zebstrika.
Yes for sure. The graphics and music were great. Still, it in some ways was worst than the older games.
I found it to be kinda a mixed bag.
It has it’s strong points and it’s weak points.

My only complaints were that the game was kind of short, you couldn’t recruit legendaries and many Pokemon were left out.

IDK how that works, and even then, I don’t think I can use it because I’m using an Emulator.
Save the game. Then restart the game. Then you could enter the Wonder Mail. (You might want to save state first.)
You can use it on an emulator too. There’s a wonder mail option on the title screen. You enter the code and gain access to the mission. You can set the specifics for the mission. This isn’t the only generator though. This one doesn’t have the option to recruit like the one I used to use.

I don’t know if I could agree with Djja. The only things I liked from the game were the Graphics and Music. After that it feel flat for me. I’d give a 5/10-6/10. I think only hardcore Mystery Dungeon fans and little kids would like it!

Megas and Primals are very similar but they’re treated as separate things, therefore, the Primals probably won’t be possible through the Mega Items :3
We don’t know how Primal Groudon and Kyogre will be activated. So, we just have to wait and see! I’m on the boat of saying the Mega Stones are for Camerupt and Sharpedo!

To say Mega Mawile would be biased because that’s the only Mega I’ve used and that was in the story. 😀

I really loved it’s design.
I was such a noob and didn’t know Salamence existed at the time I first played. I was only 9 years old at the time. But I totally have no regrets at all.
I had Salamence and Altaria in the same team in Emerald. I plan to recreate my Emerald team with a different starter than Blaziken, namely Sceptile.
I had Sceptile, Altaria, Medicham, and Wailord for my original Sapphire team. I was really into marine animals at the time of playing Sapphire/Emerald. I remember my Grandmother made me a book on aquatic animals and being so interested in it. I used a team of all Water types in Emerald. I’m surprised I never used Sharpedo because I really think it’s an awesome Pokemon. So I can’t wait to use it in Alpha Sapphire this time around. And because of Archie with his Key Stone, it may have a Mega Evolution! 😀
I would say Altaria too but I haven’t used one yet. 🙁 Lol.

Random Question Still Relating to Pokemon: Who here has even used Mega Pinsir or Heracross? I really don’t see them at all, so just because something has a Mega, doesn’t mean it will be uber popular. In fact, I hardly see the first revealed Megas at all (minus Mawile)

I use both. They’re really good, but some pokemon outperform them in ways.
Mega Pinsir is an amazing Sweeper with Jolly Nature, Swords Dance, Quick Attack, Return and Earthquake.
Mega Heracross is decent but it’s mainly used as a late game cleaner.

You will find the some players only add enough atk/spatk evs to OHKO specific stuff, no more no less. While the extra remaining Evs are put to defenses xD I.e that charizard surviving rock slide :p
