The official Korean Pokémon site has accidentally shown off two previously unseen Mega Evolutions: Mega Slowbro & Mega Audino! According to Serebii Mega Audino’s type is Normal/Fairy and its ability is Healer with its Defense and Sp. Attack being raised, while Mega Slowbro has the ability Shell Armor and higher Defense & Sp. Defense.

MSlowbro can potentially be really good. 110 Def and 80 SpD along with 95HP? Sure, it looses Regenerator but, it still has reliable recovery. That thing is gonna be so bulky.
And no crits going to be breaking it either

exactly but the Mega Stone is basically a Lump of Evolutionary essence and Mega Slowbro gets more Defenses
as much as i hate Mega Slowbro and Audino i can’t stop myself from speculating the aspects of how Mega Evolution has changed the body
Part 1
-to start off is the Turban aka the Spiral Shellder Shell gaining quite a bit of size big enough to encase Slowbro
-it is said that the Shellder’s poison has numbed Slowbro’s nervous system making it unable to feel pain maybe this venom is fully coating the “swallowed” body making Slowbro unable to feel pain at all
-an interesting note is that Mega Slowbro is not levitating off the ground and is balancing itself like a top with is very odd considering that the entire purpose of Shellder sticking around is the tasty sap like ooze that the tail excretes, maybe the whole aspect of mega evolution is solely influenced by the Spiral Shellder trying to devour the host entirely moving up on the evolutionary scale from parasite to predator but Slowbro is in the way
-and as for the SP Attack Boost maybe the exposed tail and balancing it has lead to a form of meditation which has furthered its mental powers

Mega Metagross was battling swampert. In that doubles battle screen from today’s leaks. All pokemon could mega evolve as well.
Mewtwo vs Gyarados. Lucario vs Hydreigon. Mewtwo vs Machamp and Zangoose.
All Pokemon with the exception of Hydreigon, Machamp and Zangoose,have been shown in those X and Y trailers.
People were already expecting Hydreigon and Zangoose to get megas. Machamp could be interesting as well.
You know how Regi always asks for Megas with Regenerator.
These 2 Pokemon can have Regenerator in base form and lose it upon Mega Evolving.

It’s a seperate evolution.

Well there was Gardevoir, which was a split evolution of Kirlia, and it got a Mega instead of Gallade.
Now Slowbro, being one of the final split evolutions of Slowpoke, gets one instead of Slowking.

when megas were first introduce i remeber seeing here and on serebii people wondering if pikachu would get on, then other people would say its impossible because raichu exist and they wouldnt give it to pikachu who is before raichu( needs thunderstone i know but the final alterntive line for now in pikachu) or any pokemon unless they have full evolutions. this kinda goes against that a little bit, think about it if someone said here i think slowbro should get a mega, people would say why would they give him one instead of slowking lol

Throw out the idea that Pokemon with megas can’t b ones that evolve with stones for a second. It doesn’t matter how they do it, I’m positive if they can evolve in some way they won’t b getting a mega. It wouldn’t make any sense.
you talking about a company who hardly follows logic lol, and ok i throw out evol from stones, so thne what we got both pikachu at its end, and we got slowbro, now i get pikachu is consider a base so it still can evo but you said throw out the idea of stones right, so now it cant evolve into raichu, and far as i know pikachu cant evolve through leveling up the only way to get raichu is through a stone same way the only way to get slowking is through kings rock, yet depsite both having to use an outside source people think slowbro cant get one because of slowking, and yet here we are with slowbro, so what is exactly stopping pikachu (im just using him as an example) minus him being the the most lovable, noticeable pokemon of them all

The theory stated that Gamefreak hates ‘murica, so they withheld many events and decided not to give Mega evolutions to Unovan Pokemon because Unova was based on New York which is in Murica.

I don’t pay attention to the Pokemon’s dex entry name. To be fair, most people skip dex entries ._. It should be the Healing Pokemon rather than Hearing. It is a healer.
