Some extended bits of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire footage we’ve already seen were shown off on today’s episode of Pokemon Get☆TV! The footage isn’t freak-out worthy, but we did however finally get some in-game music! Atleast it’s something to keep us going during the slow news period!

Both the Aqua and Magma introductions are amazing.
My favourite part was by far that bit where Mr. Briney takes you in his boat and Peeko is flying around.
It looks awesome… but I’m scared. I feel like nostalgia will overpower nice graphics and I will hate the game.
How will nostalgia not overpower nice graphics? It’s a remake. Of course it will be nostalgic. But why would you hate it? Did you really not like Hoenn..?
Its his favorite region but some people don’t like nostalgic factors in video games and instead want 100% innovation
But, a remake is basically built in nostalgia.. Hoenn was innovative… Not wanting a remake because it is nostalgic is a bit much..

As well as the fact that they are adding megas. That could have a negative affect if they push that too much.
After two masterpieces in a row like X and Y and BW2, I don’t think that Game Freak could pull off a third.
One thing I have liked so far is the part with Mr. Briney. That feels so much like the original. I almost cried.
