A new trademark filing in Japan has been made public for “Pokémon Game Factory” (ポケモンゲームファクトリ) and a tentative logo. What exactly it is remains unknown at the moment and may not be a game for the Nintendo 3DS or Wii U. It was filed in the ‘Toys’ category. More information as it becomes available.
The title suggests that if it is released it could involve some sort of player-created content, which would definitely be a fun addition to the series. What do you hope it might be?

My dad works for Nintendo and he told me this about it:
In Pokemon Game Factory, you begin your journey as selecting your starter (Junichi, Ken, or Satoshi). Each starter begins at a different phase in life, Junichi catching bugs as a little kid, Ken drawing beta creatures etc etc. You continue to progress through the game, and end up working at a company called Gamefreak, in which you then take entire creative-control over the Pokemon company. You can then can even create Pokemon Red & Blue, become CEO of Gamefreak, issue out exclusive events to only Japan and watch the US suffer from getting 1 event Pokemon per-year.
