  1. Will Rock Smash be treated like an HM despite being a TM now? Can we use HMs w/o badges like in Unova and Kalos?

    • Oh heck yes! I didn’t want to comment about it though in case anyone else hadn’t yet. Oh well! I’m so pumped for this season.

Also, (don’t want to spoil who), but this one character had Kevin Levin’s voice from the Ben 10 Alien Force, Ultimate Alien, and Omniverse!

  3. I stopped carrying about the anime after gen 3. And gen 5 made it unbearable. I still watch the gym battles though or if there’s a Pokemon I wanna see.

    • I actually liked the gen 4 anime a lot. The gen 5 anime was annoying bc it took so many steps back in terms of character development. I’m really enjoying the gen 6 anime tho bc I think it’s making good strides in all the right places. This includes taking out those dumb colored backgrounds when Pokemon attack, giving battles more dynamic cameras shots, adding those challenge cards in the beginning of battles, and giving Ash his character development back and then some. I become much less angry this season when he uses his pokedex bc it’s usually on a Pokemon he hasn’t seen at all or a Pokemon he hasn’t seen in a long while which makes it acceptable for him to re-check the dex lol

      • Yeah I agree the battles look way more intense and realistic with the camera angels. This anime is way better than last gen. But, I don’t think they can ever duplicate the success of first and 2nd gen anime.

  5. To those asking what happened to PJM/Art Contest/Writing Contest, it’s not gone yet. I purposely kept it low profile to avoid overpromising. I now have a three month school holiday and will pour significant amounts of time and effort into the magazine. There won’t be a reveal until I can provide results and details on publishing. I will spoil the surprise by saying it will get a surprise reveal. Until then, I won’t communicate about it any further 🙂

  6. Answer to the question:
Yes, I do watch Pokemon anime, and I stopped around BW’s anime series.
I’ve only watched tidbits of the XY anime, but after a few more episodes I might get into it again 😀

  7. So uh.
What characters (newcomers and veterans) would you like to see in SSB4?
Personally, I’d like Sceptile or Mewtwo, Captain Falcon, as he is one of my all time favorites, Knuckles or Tails, just because I think they’d be pretty cool (Mostly Knuckles), Ness, Ganondorf, maybe Falco, and Chrom or Roy.
