Did you see it dubbed? I found Alan’s voice a little weird.
alan sounded like a badass almost like a seto kaiba esque voice
I still prefer it to a lot of anime dub voices, but I think it could have been a little lower in my opinion.
I haven’t. I don’t watch the series dubbed anymore.
The movies are exceptions though.
It’s funny. The voice cast for the X and Y Saga (main) are quite bad yet they get talented voice actors/actresses for the Specials!
xD I’ve noticed that too. But I think Ash’s current VA has really improved since DP. Still prefer Veronica Taylor’s voice though.
I’m most disappointed with Bonnie’s voice (I watched the first two episodes dubbed). She sounds annoying.

I know that. But their voice acting seems… lifeless and withdrawn. It feels like they’re literally reading the script, word by word with zero excitement! Even the bursts of excitement sound forced and unnatural.

I think it might be Cynthia, assuming all of her appearances are when she is a champion (she appears in hg/ss, b/w and b2/w2 outside of d/p/pt). If that is the case, then she would have been a champion for at least 3 years (also assuming she retains champion status after Lucas/Dawn defeats here)
