When I first played Ruby I spent about 90% of my time in Contest Halls with my Male Masquerain. We did beauty contest and we were FABULOUS. I plan on doing the same this time around.

To be honest I’ve never really liked contests…..I just thought they were boring and had no real value for me. I always thought they would be cooler if they were like the contests in the anime where you battle too. lol
XY033 was quite the bland episode. It’s main focus was on the bond between Korrina and her Lucario and the need for Team Rocket to step in made it worse. However, as always, the animation is amazing with Lucario’s Berserk Mode appearing even more menacing. All in all, this was an average development episode for Korrina and her Lucario. 5.5/10

My friend would always brag about beating the Elite Four and Lance in HGSS… I would self-destruct at times because it took me three days to beat Lance and I only beat Cynthia when my Empoleon and Yanmega got to Lvl. 100 which took about a week. He would often brag about beating Cynthia in a day… Now, he doesn’t anymore because he thinks the champions are weak.
I want, and the same time don’t want the Prism Scale to return. Maxing Feebas’ Beauty to evolve it was unique and you felt as if you earned it. On the other hand some argue that the Prism Scale is easier and faster so therefore better. I think keeping the original method would be best for remakes, but Prism Scales can always be traded from XY if need be imo.

That’s cause regular garchomp is way better. Mega garchomp is slower and more of a wall breaker than a sweeper. Base 102 speed is mediocre and lowering it even more ( when it needed a boost) was dumb IMO. ESPICALLY with fast Pokemon like greninja around

5th gen was a pixelated mess imo. 4th gen sprites were better. But the 3DS models put Pokemon on a whole new level, it brings all of them to life, just a nice breath of fresh air and I’m so happy this finally happened.
I agree to disagree. In my opinion, 5th gen moving sprites were the perfect median between X and Y’s 3D models (which I still find to be a bit dull, but that will probably be improved), and the decent static sprites of 4th gen.
Don’t know how you could put up with the back sprites. Hideous.
Haha, I have no idea. It never bothered me, because I didn’t grow up with the XD/Colosseum style. Back sprites were the main series standard.
I agree about gen 5’s animations. I liked them and how they changed colour depending on status ailment. XY’s graphics were a like a completely new slate, and I really enjoy them. But we all have our opinions that will be respected.

I did an experiment with myself yesterday; I ruminated about how much most people hated the 5th gen designs and I tried to make myself hate them. However, as I tried harder and looked more closely at the designs I found out; simple yet creative, wonderful, and amazing were some of the many words to describe the 5th gen family of new Pokemon. I cried and hurt yet I could not make myself hate them for their designs were some of the most creative designs ever!
5th gen had a lot of not memorable Pokemon and some of them felt redundant compared to older gen Pokemon ( unfeazanf) but it’s still one my fav gen
Gen 5 was supposed to be a parallel to Gen 1. There are a lot of similarities in Pokémon designs between the two.
The 5th gen Pokemon were all gold compared to Sinnoh (Yes I said it). The designs ooze this masterful simplicity and characteristic so many designs in 6th gen lacked. Look at their official arts, they’re so realistic and vibrant!
the 5th gen pokemon were VERY close to their offical art for most pokemon
Gen. 6’s artwork was horrid imo. They looked awful. ORAS artwork looks better though.

On Design Three, there’s wires coming down from the neck area to the arm things that circulate electricity through the body. The same things are on the second design minus the wires.

I imagined this in my mind. I also imagined a special suit for Ditto so it would be used as itself. By wearing this suit, It could have a massive movepool, become Normal/Steel, have its own Signature Move, and have its stats greatly increased.

Noivs, I mean to, in responce to you altered question, make them more Electric looking. Maybe add lightning bolt horns instead and yellow streaks on tge body. Rippling electric waves as cutlets. Yellow eyes. Static claws.And maybe we could do a split evo? They both look great, and we could either do a stat or just appearance change. Make the centaur faster and minotaur bulkier.
“Yellow eyes” Pyram already has that 😮 Also, most electric types don’t have anything Iconic in their deisgn, mostly just a yellowish color or thunderbolt symbols.
But at least the horns. I think it’d look good. And split evo would be cool, and I also like the arms on the female one, just sayin.
I could try it but i can’t guarantee lightning rod horns would look good. The horns have markings on them and a spherical thing that circulates the electricity and with lightning going across the neck connecting the horns 😮
I mean, like, for the male, make then straight up and jagged with the sphere at the top, and foe female, they can be kinda 180 degree lightning bolt with the sphere. Just make them look like the bends in lightninf bolts at some places and that’s my depiction.

Can anyone help me with my dilemma? I restarted my White 2 version, using challenge mode, and I already have five team members. I have five badges and am trying to decide between Haxorus or Hydreigon. I have compared stats and movesets i used with them in previous playthroughs. I mean, I could get an Axew because the Mistralton Cave is right there, but I kinda want to use Zweilous, since this is challenge mode and a powerhouse is really helpful. The only thing is, you can only catch them in victory road… In one of the last parts of it too… So…any advice? XD

Well from my Artist’s POV it depends what your drawing and if its in your element
Like i have little to no Experience with Comic frames
But once your drawing something you know your great its super easy
When I draw, I see shapes. I draw the shapes and then fill it in. I mostly work with black and white, so shading is no big problem for me.
I see homicidal creatures and death machines
But also valiant or equally as crazy heroes
I was more asking about how the artist feels when he draws, and if find difficulty in certain things. You are right though.
I know, I was tempted to put, “but I’ll leave it to Resident Artist to answer.” But since Earthen answered, I wanted to answer as well. And you were asking in general. XD

Oh man this ones rad. I’m a big fan of things being multiple things such as a robot dinosaur king. My current comic i’ve been working on is called Ninja-Mage which definitely draws inspiration from the days of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as well as Sailor Moon.

The hardest part typically is coming up with something in time for deadline, which admittedly I’ve missed a few times already haha. With a webcomic like this a lot of it comes down to being funny but also how long it takes to draw.
I also work on my own comic so sadly I can’t devote a lot of my time here :/
But over all drawing is enjoyable, but really comes down to if you enjoy what you’re drawing.

So, for fathers day, my 3? and 4 year old girl cousins gave their dad a ‘Meet my Dad’ paper. There were pretty basic questions. And they filled them out. The 3 year old said he weighed chocolate milk, his name was Daddy, he works at work, he was 3, and she had known him for 8 days! XD She also said she had met him at our vacation place we’re at now. But it’s still their old forms. They used to be like this.
There could have been a lot of natural power in Time and Space, or from the universe, that could have made Primal forms for other legendaries.
Then that natural energy went away and they changed into what they are now.
It could be the same for anyone else.
Think whatever you like, but m opinion is that other legendaries have Primal forms as well.
They might not, but it could be a possibility.

They are trying to make it a bulky attacker, send out Prankster Sableye, set up Nasty Plot, Mega, and destroy 😛 But I agree!
That doesn’t account for the damage it will likely take setting up Nasty Plot, and then with decreased Speed, it won’t be sweeping anybody 🙁
But it will be taking hits as a bulky attacker 😛
but the defense covers it I guess and magic bounce doesnt allow any hazard/status conditions
So it’s actually not THAT bad 🙂
Defense is only so good. That HP stat won’t keep it alive long. PLUS it loses priority Recover. I don’t expect to see Mega Sableye as a common Pokemon, but we’ll see 😛 Honestly, at a glance, this thing sucks ;~;

It’s like the new Megas so far are being made to counter specific things. Mega Sceptile was made to counter Rotom-W. Mega Sableye appears made to counter Cresselia. Mega Swampert seems made to counter Rain teams that spam Thunder.

Well if Mega Sableye only gets +100 BST, and Magic Bounce is its ability, then I’m afraid to say it’s a poor Pokemon. But we’ll see, maybe they’ll change the mega evo formula just for Mega Sableye.
People (like me!) used Sableye in spite of it’s utter garbage 380 BST because of Prankster. A 480 BST Pokemon with no other enhancing item allowed is trash! Compare Espeon (BST 525) or Mega Absol (BST 565 after Mega Evo).
The only viable thing I can think of is Prankster Calm Mind before Mega Evolving ;~; But they really screwed the pooch on this one it seems =/
Well I think the strategy is viable along with Recover, however, when Sableye reveals Calm Mind, the opponent should already be keyed it on what it’s attempting. And I don’t think it’s viable to run Taunt (a third move slot!) on this strategy just to stop the inevitable Haze/Whirlwind user incoming.
It’s still the end of them if they don’t have Haze/Whirlwind/Play Rough to beat Sableye once the Calm Minds begin. So I can see it working now as an end-game sweeper.
It’s been confirmed that its already low speed will be even lower. It’ll probably have 30 Speed. This means that more points will be added to Defense or Special Attack.
But it’s not gonna be sweeping anybody because it’s so slow. You’re vulnerable to Attack if you’re setting up, 50 base HP really downplays any defensive boosts you wanna give it, and it loses that priority recovery =/ Prankster made Sableye into what it was, this Mega doesn’t seem to improve Sableye in the slightest and I’m sure Mega Sableye will be very uncommon because of that.
Darn that’s right. Umm…hopefully it’s defenses will be high enough to take a hit and attack? Hopefully its Sp. Atk. stat will be high enough to deal a lot of damage?

Aside from Trick Room strategies, Calm Mind sweepers’ gimmick is to sweep after the rest of the team helps eliminate the enemy’s physical attackers.
Giving Sableye 252 HP EV’s is a must anyway, so the additional defensive stats of the mega might make those EV investments more valuable.
Granted, Mega Absol isn’t common; however, Sableye’s advantage is the immunity to Fighting and the neutral to Bug.
I always thought that all this buildup of having Mawile get a Mega but not Sableye was just a test to see how Game Freak could drastically improve it. 10 months of hype…FOR THIS?!?!
