Mega Sableye has been confirmed for Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The Mega Stone to Mega Evolve Sableye will only be available in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
When Sableye Mega Evolves all its energy is concentrated into the jewel on its chest, which grows in size and detaches from the Pokémon’s body. Mega Sableye uses the jewel to protect itself from oncoming attacks, which apparently hardens providing a huge defensive benefit during battle.
What if the reason we don’t have Unova megas is cuz they all have Primal Regressions?

It boosts a pokemon’s defense and special defense by 50% making regular sableye even more of a pain in people’s hides. So, it would be OP.
And nobody would use it’s evo because of that.

Well, if you want it to be super OP, +40 Def and Sp. Def and +20 Att.
Not OP, but at least a little better than normal Sableye
+40 in both defenses would make it much much better. Include that +20 attack because of payback or knock off.
