It has been announced that this Sunday’s Pokémon Get TV episode will premier world exclusive footage of The third generation remakes. Few details were revealed about the games besides their box art and November 2014 release window. Iwata told investors that the games will be full remakes of the original Ruby and Sapphire games. The Japanese Pokémon Daisuki Club site also questioned what the two cover Pokémon were, giving way to speculation that they’ll receive new formes of some type in the remakes.

Looking more closely at the covers of ORAS reveals differences between Kyogre and Groudon and these “new” (Megas obviously but lol ok) Kyogre and Groudon. These new ones look a little more menacing, with piercing eyes and glows.

Here’s a theory I heard from Versilify (youtuber):
In the games, Magma/Aqua actually win & the map totally changes, either mostly water or mostly land. You, alongside with the opposite team, try to restore the balance by harnessing the power of the Kyogre/Groudon.
Theory mostly debunked because of the confirmed “Full Remake” email, but it’s a pretty awesome concept

Anyway, I think thats a cool concept. that way we can get both Groudon and Kyogre 😛

Remember in XY only West Sea Shellos were available? Maybe theres new pokes and East sea Shellos in ORAS?
What if they introduce Team Sky, and they wiped out both land and sea, and we get floating islands that you can fly to? 😮 (And depends on the version, Team Magma/Aqua is the good guy and is trying to bring back land/sea?

Too many tentacool. Hopefully we can get horde battles on the sea and have a wider variety of encounters on water routes.

Yup. Full remake means (in my book) rewriting it all from the start to match current standards. HGSS were exactly that, so were FRLG
HG/SS Had its differences with story, features and such 😀 I enjoyed it tremendously
Minor changes that were kinda imported from Crystal. The plot is basically the same. I hope the Emerald plotline carries over to ORAS. It was pretty good seeing both sides of the Magma/Aqua struggle

Nah not really…back with XY i got it a few days early like Sammydodger and others and was able to confirm a couple of things like the return of the lucky egg and a few other items and pokemon locations. Nothing major lol.. Others got it before me. I just shared a few minor glimpses. Im ShopTo stay true to their awesomeness at sending pre-orders early so i get ORAS a day or 2 before release.

Honestly you should have heard me when i got the email saying that the games had been sent on the tuesday and ShopTo takes photos of the packages before they send them. Landed on my door on the wednesday- 3 days before the saturday launch.
