I sweet scent with any pokemon that can learn it (and has EVS that i do not care about) and use a level 100 in the front of my party that can use wide ranged moves like Earthquake.
if I use the Earthquaker at the front of the party, but the pokemon who is holding the power item not at the front, with Exp All on will it still get all the Ev’s its supposed to? That always bothered me lol.
