I was able to fill dex with GTS. You only see legends remaining because the fair trades go out fast. You should be the one putting up pokemon. I filled up my Kalos dex by offering Beldum, and I filled up my national dex by putting up Misdreavuses, green Shellos and trading trade evos/item evos for other trade/item evos.
I realllly like the look of nincada, I might just give on Eviolite and use that xD

I’d like a Mega better.. that way you can come in as a Mightyena with Moxie ability and take out a poke that has a few HP left and grab that attack boost… then you can proceed to Mega Evolve and switch your ability to Strong Jaws… boosting all of its elemental fang moves. Or instead of Moxie you can come in with Intimidate, lower your foes attack before you mega evolve.
