Lucario was announced today as a returning character in Super Smash Bros: Wii U / 3DS. This is a great surprise with the recent release of Pokémon X and Y. I personally thought Lucario would have been up for removal for a generation six Pokemon (not to say that they won’t add another one, though), but its great to see it return to the series!
In the previous installment, Lucario’s “aura” grew stronger as his damage meter grew higher. Sakurai explains that this feature will be enhanced in the next installment of Smash Bros, which makes Lucario’s strength “a force to be reckoned with”. It will be interesting to learn how his aura effects the battle field and, as a Lucario user, how his play style will change.
Earlier today I had the pleasure to have an in-person discussion regarding this announcement with some of the Pokéjungle staff today and we were throwing some ideas around about Lucario’s addition to the Smash roster. Our speculation is that his final smash this time around will be his mega evolution instead of “Aura Blast”. He could be faster, stronger, and much more difficult to K.O which in his Mega Lucario state. I think they should even give it an expanded move-set in addition to a strength buff. Perhaps a longer range aura or added bounce effect to his moves. Also this will no doubt bring up speculation about Mewtwo and whether or not this news means he will not return as Lucario replaced him in the previous game and may do so for this one.
We’ll have to see what Sakurai has in store for us next with his rather elusive updates to Smash! I’m hoping for the return of another new Pokémon character (Pokemon Trainer with three new starters. . .?! A guy can dream, right?).

if you make it look legit as in it was bred, has your OT/ID/SecretID and legit stats/ivs/moves etc, of course it’ll make it through.
But if your hack has an invalid ability, fake shiny PID, invalid trashbytes. It 99.9% won’t make it through..
Before update 1.1, you were able to transfer over Shiny Keldeo or a Contrary Snivy… ever since 1.1 you couldn’t transfer that.

yeahsome kid in a chat said he has Bank/Transporter, and I didn’t believe him, so he added me as a friend and showed me that he was playing it on the friends screen. So I asked him if he could transfer me some HA starters and he said he tried transfering a shiny thick fat tepig and it didn’t let him ever since 1.1 update.

yep a few HA 5th gen starters managed to get through before the bank update, its just no one wants to trade them 🙁
I told some guy I would trade him 3 five IV shinies for a contrary snivy and he still refused 🙁

there going to lose a lot of subscriptions because of this… many ppl who were going to start dishing out the annual 5 bucks now aren’t… it’ll be best for them to just hold off on Bank until the next game(s) release IMO.
well, i do agree that it’s a rather stupid thing nintendo did. sure, releasing it in japan first was decided before hand for the initial release, so hearing it was out there first again was fine. then i could understand a week or two for further upgraded US/UK servers because of the higher population and to slow traffic on general servers (i don’t know a lot about these details, but you know what i mean). so a week or two after would have been totally fine (to me anyway), but now it’s getting irritating. and i still think they should release it as soon as possible.

I love how everyone uses the shapes in the summary to mark for IV’s now… back in Gen 5 no one did that lol.
It’s effective when remembering what has what so yeah, the marking system now has use!
