The very first Pokémon is set to air in North America on Cartoon Network on January 4th at 8:30 am (confirm with your local listings). The movie has been digitally remastered and should be a real treat for older fans of the series who may have seen the movie when they were younger.
Movie Synopsis
Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket, had ambitious plans to take over the world, involving his latest experiment, a powerful clone of Mew—Mewtwo. Mewtwo is very powerful, and also very smart—smart enough to not want to be controlled by Giovanni. It escaped from the lab, and now Mewtwo begins to concoct its own scheme, clandestinely inviting a number of Pokémon Trainers to the ultimate test. Of course, if it’s an event for talented Trainers, Ash Ketchum will be right in the front row!
Ash’s excitement turns to fear and anger when Mewtwo reveals its plan for domination, creating powerful clones of all of the kids’ Pokémon so it can even the “imbalance” between Pokémon and their Trainers. Most water types are special attackers and do not have access to Special Ground moves and those do share a dangerous grass weakness
But then again how you approach your battles determine the outcome

Ludicolo Is stopped cold by anything faster that has substitute…making it set up fodder. It’s also shut down by taunt.
Azumarril will get pretty much no use from a Focus Sash since it is bulky enough to survive any one hit form full health.
What do you suggest I do about 1 and 2?
I would throw an attacking move like Scald or Giga Drain on Lidicolo and maybe a Choice Band for Azumarril

Depends what you think it is important to outspeed. With Max Speed EVs and Calm Nature…you can outspeed uninvested base 100s..
