It’s December 25th, and that means it’s Christmas Day. While we’re not expecting a huge amount of visitors today we’d like to wish every one of our readers a Happy Christmas. Today is a time for celebrating the past, present and future, and we’re extremely thankful and hopeful that we have been and will be part of those for some time to come.
We haven’t got a huge amount to talk about here really as we’ve already said what needs to be said, but keep an eye out over the next week or so for some special posts taking a look back at 2013 and hopefully an update on something we hope you’re all very, very excited for!

I don’t think they should’ve specified a date for Pokebank, it feels like perhaps it was rushed in the end to finish, and the hack check thus is a joke.
Why can’t the just ban all pokemon without the kalos mark :/. As of now you can use pokemon without the kalos mark in battle spot :/

So..i got pokemon X for Christmas and this is my plan…:
First, im going to restart the game until I get a “pattern” (or whatever its called) trainer ID, such as 12321 (this is mainly for the lols)
Next, im going to sr for a shiny Chespin/Fennekin/Froakie, once I get one i’ll trade it over to my Y and reset for the others
Throughout the game im going to tip everyone the max amnt. I can
I’m not going to use the exp. share (I didn’t in my Y, it make it a whole lot more fun)
I’m not going to have any pokemon a higher level than the next gym leader’s ace

Same. I never completed a whole dex in any game, at any age lol. X will finally be the first game I complete in entirety. My dex is half way finished at 600 something. I’m only missing the end legendaries of every gen and the porygon family and i’ll be complete.

A physical empoleon isn’t that good.
IMO it is. Come in on an intimidate user, or predict someone lowering your stats. Get the boost, possibly nab in a swords dance boosting further… and sweep.
also gets agility. can be pretty good.

Necessarily. Regular Celebi can only be obtained through colosseum, and it wasn’t able to arrive shiny. Only the Wishmakr Jirachi was able to arrive shiny, and even then it was only 11 possible PID’s it could have, and I have one of them.
Any other celebi came as an event, and couldn’t be SR’d shiny. THUS
celebi, keldeo, reshiram, victini, zekrom, can never be obtained shiny.
It wasn’t proven that the Celebi could not be shiny, as far as I am concerned. The disc is rare enough as it is.

Celebi was only legally able to be obtained shiny back on Crystal with GS Ball event. Soft reset. ANy other celebi can not be obtained by any means shiny idc what you think of it, facts says otherwise.

Its said that only in the jap.pokemon emerald you can get jirachi from the white rock in mossdeep with a wish tag item only obtained from special Nintendo events

It was hacked, that’s why when I found out it was I released it and got an event non shiny/hacked celebi instead
I don’t really get this. Why is it a big deal if it is hacked to the point where you release it? I don’t think it is harming anyone. Course it is up to you to do as you want but it just doesn’t make sense to me. I understand illegal pokemon but I don’t when people treat hacks like the plague! I have a few shinies I just like the color scheme of but getting them is far too complicated and time consuming.
