This is now our X & Y coverage post, while we’re still covering, below will be a compilation of all our discoveries and findings from the game, which will later be compiled into our latest project (stay tuned)! It’s worth noting that we’re taking our time with the games, we’re keeping an eye out for interesting changes and updates, and we also have a full team of staff working away in the background gathering information for our upcoming project.

Story
- The Laverre City Gym is run by Leader Valerie, who specialises in Fairy Type Pokémon, she awards you the Fairy Badge and TM99 Dazzling Gleam. She uses the following Pokémon
- Mawile Lv.38
- Mr. Mime Lv.39
- Sylveon Lv.42
- After defeating the Gym your friends tell you to meet them in the Poké Ball Factory to the north, Shauna and Trevor are then chased away by the Team Flare Grunt who was previously blocking the gates to the factory
- When you enter the factory Team Flare are occupying it, Serena says she will take care of the first Grunt and you should head further into the factory, where more Grunts are waiting to challenge and dispose of you. NOTE: The Poké Ball Factory features 3D
- A woman in a small room on the top left of the walk way will heal your Pokémon for you. You must reverse the direction of the conveyor belt so you can access a room in the top left of the walkway. When you access the room Team Flare Admin and Scientists are found harassing the President of the Poké Ball Company
- First Team Flare Admin challenges you to a battle, followed by a double battle with you and Serena VS Team Flare and Celosia and Bryony. When you defeat them the President will award you with a Master Ball and a Big Nugget. Before you leave the factory your friend appear again and tell you that Dendemille Town is the next place you should visit. Finally, as you exit the factory a Holo Clip is received with an emergency announcement that the Poké Ball Factory has been attacked
- As you progress along Route 15, you will eventually receive a Holo Clip from Lysandre, who poses several questions about the theories behind Mega Evolution. Even further along the route the player can explore the Lost Hotel
- When you enter Dendemille Town Professor Sycamore and Dexio appear and begin talking about Xerneas or Yveltal and then leave. Trevor then appears hoping to have caught Sycamore, but then travels to the Frost Cavern in search of Pokémon
- Next the player heads north to the Frost Cavern, where they encounter a Mamoswine that seems to sense something is amiss in the Cavern

- The hairstylist in Lumiose only has three (male) options the first time you visit. Very Short, Short and Medium. If you get around ten haircuts, she’ll comment how fabulous you are consequent times you visit and you’ll unlock a new hairstyle: Medium Perm. There are bound to be more haircuts, but they are kinda hard to find. I experimented a bit and will let you know when I found out more.
- Not sure if we mentioned it already but there must be a coupon for shopping clothes somewhere. Some people mention it but I have no idea where to get it. The plot thickens…
