Nah, sadly, Belle isn’t the champion. I don’t want to spoil anything, but it is fair to say that Adeku (guy with red hair) is the champion.

Also I don’t fully understand this whole Elite Four thing. You defeat the Elite Four and then instead of battling the Champion you get caught up in N and Plasma’s schemes. And then you face the Elite Four again and then Adeku? Am I getting this right. So confusing.
Belle would be an absolutely horrible Champion.
