From MMC~
Hey everyone~
I'd love to take this time to wish you all the warmest wishes for a time of family and fun. Hope you get lots of good presents and enjoy the rest of 2008. Remember to be safe and drink responsibly! (If you're of legal age ;D )
I'd also like to wish a fond farewell to my site, PJN, which is officially closed. It will remain up (I'll be taking down the news area though) for reference purposes but will not be updated really. I sadly just have too much on my plate to handle a site with the dedication that it demands. No fears though, MMC is in no sort trouble and will keep on trucking as long as it has members like you to keep it going. PJN had a good run, since January 29th, 2003. Almost made it to six years! WOW.
If there are any dedicated souls out there, I'm still keeping everything. I'm open to the possibility of opening the site again once I have time or help with it.
Love you guys <33 It's always been great to have support from people who visit my site and the members here. It has also been a joy to work with such talented webmasters through the years, such as saul and Sarah. Previous people such as Morkula, Jkaizer, Matt (Snapple), and more.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS! ENJOY!

EDIT:
After reading all those comments on the last news post (lol) thought I'd share something a 'lil personal. I have extremely bad depression. If any of you know me more than just through this site, you might know I switched schools midway through the year last year because I was just so overwhelmed with everything I couldn't keep up academically. I went from being an A+ student to barely squeeking by with Cs and Ds. And just like the homework was overwhelming for me, so is the upkeep of a site. I'm a full time college student + have a part time job. That's a huge commitment for me and while I loved working on PJN for almost 6 years, it's really difficult.
But it has been a huge part of my life and I don't think I'd be on the track to being a game designer if I hadn't gotten involved online, started coding, and testing the waters with designing websites. XHTML and programming have little in common but it did start me on the path I'm on and piqued my interest to work with computers.
Will PJN be dead forever? Probably not. There actually has been a lot of interest with people wanting to help me with it and such but I have to get everything straightened out and I'd rather if people weren't constantly sitting there with bated breath for me to update.
Plus I still really do want to outdo any layout I've ever done.
