A spooky celebration is taking place soon in Pokémon Sleep! From Monday, October 26, at 4:00 a.m. until Monday, November 2, at 3:59 a.m. local time, players will be able to join in the 2026 Halloween event!
Players can participate by conducting their weekly sleep research on Greengrass Isle or Greengrass Isle (Expert). The following bonuses will be in effect:
- Certain Pokémon will be more likely to appear during sleep research.
- Each time a Ghost-type helper Pokémon brings you ingredients as it regularly would, it will have 1 extra.
- The chance of any Ghost-type helper Pokémon’s main skill being triggered will be multiplied by 1.25.
- Main skill levels of Ghost-type helper Pokémon will be boosted by 3 when they trigger.
- The Snorlax in the event areas will have Bluk Berries (Ghost type) set as one of its favorite Berries. The other two kinds of Berries will be chosen at random.
- A few Pokémon of different sleep types will appear during sleep research regardless of your sleep type for that day.
- Candies gained from the first sleep research of the day x2 (Halloween and November 1 will have a x3 bonus)
Pokémon encounters
It will also introduce three new Pokémon into the game: Misdreavus, Mismagius, and Eevee wearing a Halloween hat. Misdreavus and Mismagius will have the Main Skill ‘Mystical Fire (Cooking Advance S)’ which gives your cooking pot room for more ingredients and also raises your Extra Tasty rate by a small amount.
While on Greengrass Isle or Greengrass Isle (Expert), the three new Pokémon will be much more likely to appear, as well as Halloween Pikachu.
The following Pokémon will also have an increased chance of appearing: Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Shuppet, Banette, Drifloon, Drifblim, Pumpkaboo, Gourgeist, Mimikyu and Skeledirge.
