The legendary Sunne Pokémon Solgaleo is officially playable in mobile and console multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) Pokémon UNITE today! It is a melee All-Rounder that doesn’t mind being in the thick of battle with the ability to boost its Defense and Sp. Defense while also dishing out damage.
Solgaleo Ability and moves
You can see Solgaleo in action in the Moves Overview video above. It’s ability and moveset are below:
Ability
Full Metal Body – This Pokémon’s Attack does not decrease when affected by opposing Pokémon’s moves and Abilities.
Move 1
The initial move will later be changed to the second move as the Pokémon levels up.
Teleport – Has the user instantly teleport to the designated location. The user’s next basic attack becomes a boosted attack.
Iron Head – Has the user charge in the designated direction, dealing damage and shoving opposing Pokémon with its steel-hard head. If this move is used again, the user leaps toward opposing Pokémon in front of itself, leaving them unable to act and dealing damage multiple times while restoring the user’s HP.
Move 2
The initial move will later be changed to the second move as the Pokémon levels up.
Cosmic Power – Has the user absorb mystical power from space, increasing Defense and Sp. Def. for a short time. The user’s next basic attack becomes a boosted attack.
Psyshock – Has the user charge power, then attack by materializing a mysterious psychic wave, dealing damage to opposing Pokémon and throwing them. While the user charges power, its movement speed is increased, damage received is reduced, and it initially becomes resistant to hindrances for a short time. When the psychic wave hits opposing Pokémon, the user can perform a follow-up attack. The follow-up attack has the user slash in front of itself with sharp claws, dealing damage and applying a slowing effect to opposing Pokémon in the area of effect and restoring the user’s HP. When this follow-up attack hits Pokémon from the opposing team, it can be used again once.
