Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet will soon be starting new events — a new Tera Raid Battle event and new Mass Outbreaks. Each runs from July 16 at 7:00 p.m. CDT until August 6 at 6:59 p.m. CDT.
7-Star Dragon Tera Type Magikarp raids
From July 16 at 7:00 p.m. CDT until August 6 at 6:59 p.m. CDT, players can challenge Dragon Tera Type Magikarp in 7-Star Tera Raids while the event is active. The Magikarp has the Mightiest Mark and can be caught once per save file.
Casseroya Lake Mass Outbreak event
A special outbreak event will be taking place at Casseroya Lake in Paldea from July 16 at 7:00 p.m. CDT until August 6 at 6:59 p.m. CDT. The following Pokémon can be found in greater numbers with a higher likelihood of having the indicated Mark:
- Dondozo with the Rowdy Mark
- Tatsugiri (Droopy, Stretchy and Curly Forms) with the Crafty Mark
- Veluza with the Ferocious Mark
An increased chance of finding Shiny Pokémon featured in the event was not mentioned.
Water Pokémon with Marks Mass Outbreak event
Players can encounter various Water-type Pokémon with a higher likelihood that they’ll have a Mark! From July 16 at 7:00 p.m. CDT until August 6 at 6:59 p.m. CDT, the following Pokémon will be appearing more frequently in Scarlet and Violet, as well as the games’ DLC regions:
Paldea
- Psyduck with the Absent-Minded Mark
- Slowpoke with the Zoned-Out Mark
Kitakami
- Feebas with the Prideful Mark
- Basculin (White-Striped Form) with the Ferocious Mark
Blueberry Academy
- Lapras with the Intellectual Mark
An increased chance of finding Shiny Pokémon featured in the event was not mentioned.
