Are you ready for a Halloween partea? This year, Pokémon GO will kick off its Halloween celebrations with the debut of Poltchageist and Sinistcha and also introduce a GO Pass that will be active during both parts of the Halloween event.
Halloween Part 1 event details
The Halloween Part 1 event will run from Tuesday, October 21, at 10:00 a.m. until Monday, October 27, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time. It introduces the Pokémon Poltchageist and its evolution Sinistcha to the game. Players can also enjoy a remix of the Lavender Town background music.
Sinistea will also be available as a Shiny in GO for the first time and has an increased chance of being Shiny in raids.
Event bonuses will be tied to the tier reached on your GO Pass: Halloween, detailed in the next section.

GO Pass: Halloween details
From Tuesday, October 21, at 10:00 a.m. to Sunday, November 2, at 8:00 p.m. local time players can rank up in the GO Pass: Halloween which will have both free and paid (Deluxe) rewards. Some of these include:

- Tier 3 (Rank 40): 2× Candy for transferring Pokémon and increased chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL for transferring Pokémon
Deluxe bonuses
