The second anniversary celebrations continue in Pokémon Sleep with a new feature and a special gift for players! There’s also a new weekly video series on the Japanese Pokémon YouTube channel which will last six episodes and features a Pokémon waking up to celebrate Sleep‘s second anniversary.

Use Festive Flowers and maximize your bonuses
A new limited-time feature is being introduced into Pokémon Sleep called Festive Flowers. You can grow a seed each night and get special bonuses, such as ×2.5 candies from the first sleep research of the day or ×3 helper Pokémon Sleep EXP, depending on what blooms the next day. Sleep research doesn’t need to be conducted to get the flower to bloom, you just need to start the app the next day.
One interesting seed is the white seed which will produce a Neutralizing Mint. This mint can be used to nullify the effects of a Pokémon’s Nature, particularly useful if you have a rare or Shiny Pokémon with a particularly unhelpful Nature.
The Festive Flower feature will be available from Monday, July 21, at 4:00 a.m. until Monday, July 28, at 3:59 a.m.
