The Water Festival is making an even bigger splash in 2018!
From today until June 21st 1:00pm PDT the Water Festival will be live in Pokémon GO! Players can take advantage of the following bonuses:
- Spawn increases for Water-type Pokémon such as Magikarp or Wailmer
- The chance to encounter Shellder’s shiny form
- New Field Research tasks focused on Water-types
- 3× Stardust for each Water-type catch
- 2x Candy and Stardust for every egg hatch
- Special 2km egg drops from PokéStops – Promising exciting Water-type hatches such as Totodile, Mudkip, and Corphish
In addition Kyogre has made its return as a Legendary Raid Boss, and if you’re lucky enough you can encounter it as a Shiny!
