A Japanese children’s TV show has aired the first footage of the upcoming Pokémon anime episode which will see Ash, Brock and Misty reunited in the Alola region. The two special episodes will air in Japan on September 14th and 21st!

Not gonna lie, I got goosebumps when pikachu greeted Misty and jumped into her arms <3 how I miss the good old days. I love that Jigglypuff is back and Ash will also seemingly reunite with his older pokemon as well like Bulbasaur. Too bad it's only two episodes!

It’s cool they’re coming back, but it’s basically just nostalgia bait really. Unlike the previous times characters return, misty and brock Haven’t changed a bit. I wanted too see how they’ve developed, but by the looks of it they’ve actually gone back to how they were in Kanto. What Happened to brock’s Pokemon Doctor training and stuff y’know.

So I kinda got Mega Evolution fever
-What does your character use to hold your key stone
-what 3 Pokemon would you mega evolve and what is their mega accessory
I use my Mega Claw
A necklace with a large Ursaring claw strung on it with a key stone embedded into the middle
Garchomp: Mega Plate: a silver and black breastplate that is chained around and under its arms with cross like pattern with the stone in the center
Heracross: Mega Belt: a maroon colored belt with grey studs and a gold disk in the center with the mega stone embedded in it
Aerodactyl: Mega Skull: a replicant of a Aerodactyl’s skull on a choker that has the stone in its left eye socket
I’d probably have a Mega Gauntlet, right arm, fingerless and mostly black fabric except the top of the forearm which would have a small Jade rhombus shaped plate with the Key Stone embedded.
Pokemon (Some ‘mon might not yet have Megas):
– Infernape: Mega Belt: Looks like Sun Wukongs’ headband that the rest of Infernapes’ armour is based on, with the Infernapite at the centre. Thin so as not to restrict movement but strong, it fits where you’d expect a belt to go.
– Shiny Venusaur: Mega Wreath: A golden (autumnal) leaf wreath crown that wraps around the base of the tree trunk on its’ back, with the Venusaurite in the centre at the front.
– Shiny Hydreigon: Mega Amulet: An oxidised Bronze amulet, it has three ‘eyes’ the same shape as Hydreigon’s that form a triangle, the top ‘eye’ holds the Hydreigonite instead of the inner eye. It has ‘spikes’ surrounding it like Hydreigons’ collar. It is held in place around Hydreigons’ main neck by 2 silver straps that look like Hydreigons’ wings. It rests on top of its’ black fur, at the centre point of its’ 3 heads on its’ chest.

I hope there is. Johto Pokemon need a little more attention. Especially since they were introduced as part of a region that felt like an extension of Kanto. I have been holding off on constructing a team for USUM because I want to use Pokémon that have this fresh feeling. And Alola Johto Pokémon would fit the bill.

Ok so here’s a thought. Ash is going back to Prof Oak’s lab to visit his Pokemon (at least some of them anyway) What if he ends up taking one back to Alola with him. I would then suspect that Pokemon would have an Alolan form. Which Pokemon do you guys think would be the best bet? I’d like to see him travel with Kingler for once. He used it in some battles at league, but never really traveled with it. That or maybe he could have Noctowl. Just becasue Noctowl is great lol

Decided to cancel my Ultra Sun preorder and just stick with the Ultra Moon Fan Edition for now. Maybe I’ll get it after I have more money, but I want to keep some money aside to buy other games and I’ve got a renewed interesent in board games.
Must buys for the end of the year are only Odyssey and Xenoblade 2 for me, but I’m debating whether I should buy Mario Rabbids.
I’m going to wait for reviews on Pokken Tournament and FE Warriors. Most likely I’ll buy them cheaper next year on Amazon, I don’t have high hopes for both of them.
I’ll probably buy Metroid too, but it will need to wait after my birthday in October. Being strapped for cash really sucks since the government fucked up and I will need to wait two more months on my scholarship, but I’ll need to pay over €2000 in the next month to start the new academic year. -_-
I was contacted by the local game store and they asked if i was interested in the Fan editions (i was one of the first to preorder apparently) and i declined. Cba to pay 15 euros extra just for the steel case and 200 in-game Poké Balls.
I’m a sucker for steelbooks though. I wanted the dual edition but those sold out in two minutes lol.
Was doubting but i already have both steelbooks of the original games so its not that bad imo. If i want them in the future i can probably snap them up anyway because a lot of people sell them online for some reason lol
Speaking of Steelbooks, apparently the Steelbook case for Persona 5 costs the exact same as the regular version (At least, for me). I didn’t buy it since they didn’t have any physical copies at the time

Yeah I applied UBs because I didn’t want to put Arceus for 2 and a separate one for them would’ve been silly. I also used Silvally since it kinda counts in the Pokedex I think.

All of my least favorite Alolan pokemon betrayed me and left me with psychological wounds

That’s a joke, but a theory I had today was. What if the Tapu’s are not just based on Island guardian animals or whatever, but are also based on season’s?
This could make sense seeing as how they do have designs, Themes, type’s and backstories to them that could justify this
First the season’s they represent:
Koko- Summer
Lele- Autumn
Bulu- Spring
Fini- Winter
I’ll tell later on what I mean by this
This makes sense simply because school fully starts in the fall over here and Lele is literally my third least favorite Pokémon and something I despise with all my being
And by fully starts, I mean it isn’t that full blown till late September
And Bulu is a Grass Type (a type commonly represented by spring time)
Fini has cold distrusting heart (Winter like quality)
Koko holds a very summer like theme
Lele… I can’t make idea for

I actually saw this awhile ago. I don’t know why I didn’t post it here myself. There is actually two versions, I can’t watch it right now but I am assuming that this video includes both versions which are both equally enjoyable and done by skilled abridgers.
I know, this is the 1KidsEntertainment version, the other one is on TeamFourStar’s channel (DBZ Abridged), but that one doesn’t use the Pokemon ‘Bridged cast, instead using other people from TeamFourStar (Cell/Mr Perfect Cell is still voiced by Taka in both versions tho)

I heard Bleach really declined after Byakuya and Aizen. I never got that far, so I can’t say whether I thought it was good or bad.
The main manga was good up until the the last part of the last arc. The show really should have stopped right after Aizen. It made no sense for but to do a bunch of filler and then stop after the Xecution arc

Well, considering practically everyone died, weird is a bit of an understatement. It just shows that you shouldn’t mess with mangaka sometimes, because stuff like that can happen
But tbh everyone dieing at the end wasn’t because the fans, in fact, in the original ending everyone was supposed to die anyways, but it got changed halfway in the series because budget and other stuffs
I’m pretty sure the film still came to be partly because of fan backlash tho. Also, I’m still laughing at the fact that Gainax blew their budget near the end, so they had to make a good amount of the final episode in marker

Remember how hyped people were for SuMo? Even people who hadnt played pokemon on years were really excited to get it. Those monthly trailers got people talking about Pokémon for days after the trailer. They were the most successful Pokémon games in years

I still think they could have kept certain thing’s in dark till release (they revealed all, but about 7 Pokémon in the Dex before release)

-Keep Gumshoos and A.Raticate secret (To make the beginning more of an enigma)

-Silvally, Tsareena, Drampa, Ribombee and others hidden to keep more evolutions secret and to lower the amount given

Oh I know there’s a lv 35 Volcarona at the bottom of Relic Castle, it’s just I had no idea Relic Passage connected to the bottom of Relic Castle.
If you could add megas to ORAS/XY what would they be?
Mine (atm) are:
Mega Tropius: Grass/Dragon with meditate
Mega Mightiena: Dark/Electric with a new ability that powers up sound based moves
Mega Breloom: same typing (looking more like a kangaroo) with iron fist
Mega Walrein: same typing, new ability (“cold absorb”) that works like Motor Drive but with ice moves, heals instead of rasing speed
I don’t understand the Mightyena one at all, I’d give it Strong Jaw or Tough Claws and leave the typing or if we must I’d add Ghost because of legends about Hyenas.
What ability for Tropius? I feel it should stay part Flying, mostly because much as I love the Dragon typing I don’t feel everything reptilian needs to become it.
Mega Breloom would be better off with better stats and keeping Technician imo but I’m not so against it.
Mega Walrein, well the ability you said would be like Water Absorb. Some form of Blubber ability that reduces physical attacks by a certain percentage could be good.
As to mine, I would’ve had Mega Flygon, Milotic for sure. I think there are alot more options across the generations and hope we get more some day.
The mightyena one is supposed to be Punk Rock inspired, most guitarists in Oras use mightyenas, and with yellow eyes and Thunder shaped hair it could look really cool

This month we’ll definitely get more to chew on. We’re about the same amount of time away from USUM as we were when when we finally got real info on BW2. I think they’ll finally start giving us more info on what exactly the games are. They really just need one good thing to give us a reason to buy them. That one thing that separates USUM from SM could be pretty good. At least I hope it’s good

Yeah they really botched that fight big time. Especially since the rest of the series is so decently animated. Well at the very least the rest of the series is consistently animated lol Either way I feel like they really could have done a better job with that fight. It’s not that it appears they cut corners it’s just they took crazy liberties with it that were REALLY unnecessary. It could have been a kick ass fight, but with all the goofy faces it just was weird…….

They could show more of robobot being some scrapyard robot that was dormant and kirby could use it for larger and stronger enemies too, as a second saga to yours~
Hmm That actually could work to add Robobot elements as well, kind of a mini thing on the side for Kirby to learn how to do
Can’t wait for this episode! On another note I will be getting a switch hopefully next week! I am at a crossroads though. What game should I get for it first. Splatoon 2 or Zelda botw? I really want both games and will eventually get both but I am having trouble deciding what to get first.
