Scizor Revealed for Pokkén Tournament

Pokkén Tournament, the Pokémon fighter brought to us from the same game studio as Tekken, has added a new fighter to its roster: Scizor (image above courtesy of Serebii)! This was widely expected after fans had datamined a game update which also included Darkrai (revealed several months ago) and Empoleon (yet to be officially announced).

Unfortunately, this announcement pertains to the Japanese arcade version of the game and owners of the Wii U version still haven’t gotten an update that includes Darkrai. Many fans are probably wondering if Scizor will similarly be delayed or even not show up on the console version. We can only hope.

  1. I really wish I could be excited about this…..I love Pokemon and I love fighting games so Pokken should be one of my favorite games……but it’s not…..It’s so clunky and the controls are so weird that I just can’t get into. Plus the story mode is pretty boring…..although I suppose since it’s a fighting game I could give it a pass on story, but without better controls it’s almost not fun to play…….*sigh*……

  2. When I got the game I picked Libre and accidentally ended up learning her infinite combo. I haven’t actually bothered to learn how to use anyone else because of that, but it’s still pretty cool to see new opponents…or it would be if the Wii u version was getting any support.

  3. Doing some research, Scizor does not seem to be that high tier.. His approach is horrid , Darkrai seems to slaughter him in the right hands

    • pretty much its been confirmed that the next fighter’s Empoleon from data-mining. Though I’m all for the little bugger after him.

  4. Pokkén Tournament looks awesome but doesn’t really interest me since I don’t have a Wii U. I love the way they re-imagined the battles though. So smooth

  5. Boring if it’s not for Wii U it’s not even worth talkin’bout
who wants to hear what I got for my birthday?
    -A new computer monitor
    -a hoodie
-a succulent plant whom I named “Sebastian” to go with my bonsai “Xi Jong Xao”
-The Doomhammer from the Warcraft Movie
    -a bunch of macarons
    -and lastly a Roku Stick

But in all seriousness I wish for my Birthday Jarangara was shown because I WANT IT, it looks like a powerful fighter
But it also has unflinching pride and valor which will definitely cause some serious character foil with my rude crude and roguish Beltigre

      • I’m in the same boat. I posted earlier that I was going to remove it from my team, but it’s already grown on me. I know it’s probably not Egyptian in origin, but its headdress reminds me of Egyptian pharaohs, and that’s what made me like it.

        Reply
    • I haven’t seen the Warcraft Movie, is it any good? Or do you just like the Doomhammer? Seems like a good amount of gifts right there.
In some places it was still your Birthday when it was revealed, it’s a shame it wasn’t out with the Grimer scan so you could be awake for it. Still it’s here now, I also want to use it. It wasn’t what I expected, the weapon made me think it would be part Steel. What do you think of it’s typing?

      Reply
      • The Warcraft movie was very very uncanon
(me, my brother and his friend Mikey we all went to see it, and Mikey is like a Warcraft lore genius and he’s still angry about it to this day)

And the Doomhammer is a very important weapon to me because it is a shamanistic Hammer forged in elemental lava and has a deep connection to the elements, and only it’s true power can be awakened by one who truly can speak to the elements in kind

And as for Jangmo-o-o-o I think it’s an absolute paladin, looks like it will fight tooth and claw to emerge victorious in any battle
Butt despite the inspiring words it has to worry about, Dragons, ice, psychic, flying and a x4 Fairy Weakness
Hopefully this thing has access to Iron Head or Iron Tail because sadly Four Moves Syndrome kinda guts the fun of potential move sets,
        Dragon move
        Fighting move
        Support/buff move
        And steel/Rock/ghost move for coverage

        Reply
        • Yeah I heard that. Is it just that they went a different story route or was it an actual lore change?
That sounds awesome, do you have a picture of it?
Yeah it has quite a lot to come up against. Maybe it’s abilities (or hidden ability) will aid it in some way. Also it’s stats may make or break it competitively, along with it’s movepool. It could do with maybe a new Dragon or Fighting move that’s good against Fairy.
It depends on it’s stat distribution as to what moves would be best. It may even be a Special Attacker (which I doubt).

  6. I’ve loved it. I was really hoping to be scizor. Now the ones I still wish to appear are Heracross and Hawlucha, but I know that won’t happen (damn you pikachu libre). Well, at least there will be Empoleon, wich is a nice, weird one to have. But come’on, when will they announce those fighters to the wii u version? I’m crazy to play with Darkrai and now scizor

  7. Guess I’m late. .. but Jurango Totally reminds me of one of my favorite Digimon if not my Favorite.. Gilmon. Highly considering Evioliting it. It’s the Perfect typing balance to my Togetic as well, hmm.
But I just can’t see myself getting down with it’s finally evo.. same with Type: Null.
Their not bad, just not my type I don’t believe

    • Well Tapu Koko is clearly a chicken lol I don’t think we’ve had any official hints at the others tho. Supposedly according to the Riddler one of the Tapus is that tiki souvenir from the backpacker in XY.

      • Well several months ago people speculated the animals based on the Hawaiian deities that the Pokemon are likely based off of. Oh well, I guess I’ll have to do some searching. :p

        Reply
        • If you’re referring to them being based off the Hawaiian gods Kane, Ku, Lono and Kanaloa, they are a Chicken (Tapu Koko), Squid, Owl and Boar. Personally my guess is electric chicken, ghost squid, fire owl and psychic boar.

  9. Good to know the characters in the datamine are playable and not support sets, especially as I think scizor is one of the best designed pokémon ever (it’s mega is blech though). Too bad the voice doesn’t fit IMO.

As for the corocoro reveals, I wasn’t a big fan of these them when they were simply text based with no accompanying picture, but now we actually have pics I love these! As with most of gen VI so far, I like every new deisgn here!

Alolan grimer’s doofus zombie art I like a lot, it’s cute, though it’s in-game model looks less good :/ , and it could have used a more imaginative typing.

Jarango and Jararanga are awesome! I was expecting something griffin-like or quadrupedal for Jangmo-o’s evolution, but even though I’m sick of bipedal fire type starters that should be quarupedal, these work perfectly. Bipedal dragons I’m completely fine with since at least theropods were a thing, and they actually look cool and natural and not like lame anthropomorphs.
It would have been cool to have dragon/steel, but dragon/fighting is also new and works perfectly for their amazing Mesoamerican warrior designs.

Silvadi I would probably have preffered as a form, but I love it’s design. It would have been nice if it’s burst of power made it mutate futher, but it works fine as is. I hope it’s at least larger though, otherwise how does losing a mask work as an evolution on a conceptual level???
I’m curious as to how it and type:null will be obtainable as gladion evolves his. Will this seemingly artificial beast be breedable? Doesn’t seem completely illogical to me
I would have treated the arceus theories as complete ravings if it weren’t for the new information we’re getting now. This thing is basically a conceptual clone of arceus, and that’s hard to ignore. It’s even supposedly designed to rival legendaries! I’m eager to see where the lore goes with this one.

It’s still a very weird corocoro IMO though, I’d have expected/preferred for them to keep the Type:Null lore as a surprise for the game, but I guess it’s a good scoop to build up the hype.
What really confuses me is the reveal of Jangmo-o’s evolutions, it just seems like a completely random move that doesn’t fit any previous pattern… But I think it might be telling us that the Jang’ line is not actually are pseudo for this gen, which I kinda like despite Jararanga seeming suitable because it means this gen’s BAMF is still a surprise. It’s probably the new Axew IMO

The only downside to all this greatness is it lays doubt on the credibility of the riddler’s type leaks. It’s weird because the leaker was clearly spot-on with jangmo-o’s evolutions, but put Type:Null down as as unevolving.
Now this can mean three things: either the type leak is a lie or contains false information, though their picture hint info is probably still legit; either we misintepreted the type leak and it’s only speculation on their part; or either the leaker indeed only has partial knowledge as the type leak seems to indicate and as such was not aware of Silvadi. I honestly hope it’s the latter, I need me a big number of new pokémon (the upcoming trailer will serve as a good test of this I guess).

Bring on tomorrow and it’s trailer!!!

  10. neat scizor looks great! clearly empoleon is the next fighter, but theres still a space for one more. I’m really hoping for, in this order:
    1: Mienshao
    2: Bewear
    3: Golurk
    4: Hawlucha
    5: Zoroark
I was pretty good at this game, I wonder if I should pick up another copy?

    • It looks legit but if Gumshoos is the first trial, why is Ilmia the first captain? Her name literally means flower in Hawaiian and in British-Colombia Canada its a moth. I was pretty certain she’d be either a Fairy or Bug-specialist

Also, about “seeing the whole evolutionary family upon evolution”, I hope that only applies to the stage your pokémon has reached at that point, I don’t like the idea of it spoiling whole new evo lines. And how does it work for eevee I wonder?

  19. Tomorrow we get a new video and a pokémon generations episode. All that just after a Corocoro. This week is turning out really awesome! And the demo is next week too (kinda sad if it gets datamined and some of us have to abandon ship, but oh well).

    • I hope the demo has enough replay value and reward to keep me coming back. The ORAS demo had rewards that kept me coming back, but it wasn’t fun after a certain point.

      Reply
      • My only problem with the ORAS demo was once you ran out of those quests it became incredibly hard to want to go back to it. I guess part of that is because ORAS and XY were so similar and it was almost nothing new in a way. I’m sure that even if the SuMo demo isn’t super big it’ll still be interesting to play multiple times just to play around with the mechanics lol

  20. Heads up, if you preordered Sun or Moon from GAME and expected the Figure, they changed it to an “Art Card” without telling anyone and aren’t even giving it to people who’ve already preordered, so if you want the figure in the UK you should probably change your order to Nintendo Store while you can. Should probably pass this message on as no one seems to have noticed and it’s a little important to those who preorderd from GAME cause of it.

    Reply
    • Yeah luckily for me the stupid GAME site wouldn’t process my preorder, and by the time I tried again the figures preorder was only accessible through old links, so I went with the nintendo site.
Tbh I’m kind of worried the games won’t arrive on release date though, it does say nintendo store take a few weeks to process/deliver on the actual site, and Serebii Joe had that issue with Paper Mario Colour Splash because he ordered it there but cancelled because it wasn’t even out for delivery by the release date..
There might be a price to pay for the figures :/

      Reply
      • Well we already get it later, another few days won’t hurt. However, everytime I’ve ordered from Nintendo Store, I’ve gotten games early.

  22. So I’m thinking Type: Null’s evo has got to have some pretty amazing stats if it was designed to challenge Arceus, who has 720 BST. I also wonder if its evolution method will be love? Or if it will be something special? Also, its evolutions name is going to be a real pokemon name in English, right? Not like Type: Multi or something stupid…

  23. SO! I never goto post my thoughts on the stuff last article, so here I go. Ilima looks weird IMO. Eating alolan garbage is a horrible reason, perfect for a horrible redesign. Shiruvadi is super cool, as soon as I get a clearer picture I’m changing my avatar to it (please don’t call it Type: All). Also this pretty much confirms an arceus connection, so this also confirms we’re in for the deepest lore and story ever in a pokemon game (IT ALL COMES TOGETHER!?!?!). Jangmo-o’s evos look great, I was kinda hoping that it would stay on all fours (GF just loves bipedal pokemon don’t they?) but they really hit it out of the park with these designs (the arms are a bit long though). The type also makes me really happy, because it’s a powerful and unique type combo. It’s welcome on my team anytime. Do we know their abilities though? I couldn’t find them, but it seems odd, as CoroCoro usually says abilities.

    Reply
    • Ilima is fabulous and I love them but yeah Grimer is awful. Somehow made a bad design worse. I’m not big on the evolution but others seem to like it. I wasn’t even 100% on its first for so 😛

    • i forgave GF for making Jangmo-o evo bipedal because it reminds of a velociraptor and i always imagine velociraptors being bipedal

  24. Something I’d like to note: Everyone seems to think Gladion will be the edgy, stronger rival (even though we have no indication of this), and I feel like this may be hau (pun ALWAYS intended) he does it. Maybe he’s not a rival in the sense that he has a starter good against you, but maybe he uses the Shiruvadi type good against your starter?

  25. Jangmo-o’s abilities were Bullet Proof and Sound Proof.
If the evolutions keep the same abilities, it’s means Jararango is immune to Pixilate Hyper Voice.

    • I’m really hoping for field effects. I want to be able to battle in different fields that give different advantages and disadvantages to specific Pokemon.

      Reply
        • Yeh, but ones automatically set as default depending on the field that you choose.
If you change it with say Rain Dance, it will rain for 5 turns, and then return to whatever the default chosen at the beginning was.

          Reply
          • that would be nice. imagine having an option to start a battle with a set terrain that would make weather teams battles fun

          • Yep, it would change the dynamic so much. And they could have a number of different new terrains. And if they are selected before the battle, they will remain for the whole match. Maybe even add a Random Terrain option for even more fun.
Different fields or terrains will have a number of different effects on different Pokemon types e.t.c. It would be a cool thing to add in my opinion.

    • I do like that their shaking up the meta game, but in all honesty its not going to do much good long term. Meta games are like sand in a bottle. You can shake it around all you want, but everything settles into place eventually.

In this case, give people a few months to figure out what variation of Big-6 has an 80%+ win rate, and competitive will have its Big-6 Alphabet again.

      Reply
      • Yeh, but the beginning of a new generation is always interesting and in my opinion the most fun time to play, as everyone is still experimenting with all the new changes.

        Reply
        • Yeah, your right. But that’s not saying much. Long term appeal is what truly matters, and while things will be fun and chaotic at first, it’ll all go back to VGC 2015 the moment people find out if the Jin’s of the legendary birds are in the game. Heck, this is why i’m a bit cynical about why megas are out of VGC this there. Because I truly think that GF just wants to make people realize that they don’t know what the heck their talking about with balance and that people will always use what win’s over what’s fun when something of actual value is on the line.

          Reply
          • True, but unfortunately with Pokemon everything is always released in one go, and over time the Metagame shifts to a standard, and with nothing new introduced for over a year, you can see why this happens. There’s no reason for things to change. This is probably one reason I would welcome regular updates to Pokemon games, but now we’re getting into the realm of paid DLCs which is a massive no no.

          • Well, not all hope is lost. Overwatch and Splatoon add/added new heroes/weapons and maps over time and both games did it for free, so I have hope for Pokémon.

          • And we do get some free content, like the mythical pokemon and other free events. The issue is though that those games allow for themselves to be re balanced with time, where pokemon doesn’t. If Junkrat’s tire is too op, they can nerf it and players are fine with it, but you can’t tweak the stats of pokemon given it would just throw a wrench in the meta, and it would only bandage the issue until people swap out the nerfed pokemon for something better.

          • True, true, especially since they’ve also got to consider in game as well: which Splatoon and Overwatch don’t have to worry about.

Although I was meaning more along the lines of introducing like, a new Pokémon a month or something that are specifically there to balance the meta or even just to throw something in and make everything adapt.

          • The few things they could do however is tweak movepools, add new items, add new moves. And add like 3-4 new Pokemon every now and then, specifically focusing on disrupting currents metagame tends.

Yeh changing stats, abilities and typing would be too big changes to implement, but little things are always plausible and if done right, could have significant impact on the metagame to keep it from going stale.

  28. Is anyone else just going to play through the game and pick up whatever Pokémon they screw around with for their team? Becuase I see everyone planning it out but as of late I really hate the idea myself because it’s like so… Restrictive? Like I’ve got three planned teams for my White Monkey Runs, but that’s because it’s Pokémon I want to try out that I either haven’t used before or really want to try.

    • I tend to go with what I find when playing. Pretty much I only go in knowing what starter I want, and maybe one or two other pokemon if their special to me, in this case being Cubone.

      Reply
        • Ehh…Cubone’s my favorite gen one pokemon. I’ve made a point to use one back in the day, as well in the remakes years ago. I just feel bad for the little guy given he’s all alone in the world, and taking him on the team would give him a better quality of life. Now the little guy’s gone from a mediocre ground type to a pretty powerful looking Fire/ghost to protect other little cubones, and that warms my heart.

    • I usually plan out a team because I like to have balance. I also need to know what moves Pokemon will learn as they level up so I’m not stuck with a Pokemon that has only support moves, making battling really long and tedious.

        • Lol, I can’t stand playing slow. In Assassins creed I always had to rush in and kill everyone cos the stealth annoyed me.

It’s actually weird cos I’ve realised I’m very organised when it comes to stats and numbers (which is what Pokemon is at its core), but I’m usually spontaneous with everything else that I do.

          • I really enjoy taking my sweet time playing games (unless it’s grinding, then kill me) but when it comes to everything else I’m just sitting there like ‘gotta go fast’ :p

I’m also quite spontaneous-occasionally too much so. One time I literally switched classes on a dime, but thankfully the new class is much more suited to my aspirations. ^^:

          • The thing is when it comes to games and movies/tv shows especially, slow parts kill me. I’m just like ‘get on with it already’. Sometimes I don’t even pay attention to cut scenes unless they really grip me.

But having said that I sometimes I enjoy taking it slow, reading a good book, taking a nice stroll e.t.c.

  30. Just watched GameXplain’s questionnaire of Sun/Moon. Some important details are:
    – EXP Share is gotten early in the game. It works similarly to X/Y and OR/AS.
    – The game moves fast in the start! So, no slow beginnings like D/P/Pt.
    – RIP D-Pad. The Circle Pad is the only way to move in the game as omnidirectional controls are fully supported and there is no grid. I’m quite sure the D-Pad will be a quick use for Selected Items.

Also, can I just say how much I love Type: Null and Jangmo-o’s evolutions! They look awesome! I love the first pseudo Dragon/Fighting type and the ability of Type: Null and it’s evolution to be any type. I’m guessing the trailer tomorrow will reveal it fully!

          • They said the difficulty seems rather decent or sorta easy in this game. Then again, they played only two hours. Making the game challenging and play it with the EXP Share off. That’s what I did! I only used it when I needed to train or gain levels.

      • …..you can just turn it off though, when I went back to play the older games after XY/ORAS tbh I didn’t have as much fun because the grinding was way too much and pokemon got left in the dust.

        • Yes! HG/SS are solid and great Pokemon games, but that’s why they’re my least favourite. Grinding was just annoying and it was hard to level up. B/W fixed this with Audino encounters because that was a seemingly large critism HG/SS received. I honestly see no issues with the New EXP Share. Just use it to train only!

          • The best thing for me personally is that EXP all eliminates you having one pokemon thats way over levelled compared to your others, in HGSS most people were getting EXP by switching in and out and there was always another pokemon getting way too much and being way higher than the others, and the same happened with the older EXP share. With EXP share all, all of your pokemon can be used as you wish and are around the same levels

      • I’m REEEEAAAALLLYYYY starting to get sick of listening to people whining about the EXP Share! If you don’t want to use the damn thing, TURN IT OFF!!!!! You can do that. I happen to LOVE the EXP Share, and I love the new function that it received in X and Y. I have always DESPISED my team being severely under leveled by the time I got to the elite 4/champion, so the EXP Share all was a god send for me. 😀

      • I really like it when they give it earlier I had horrific trouble with my team in B/W and I rage quit when I died at that bug psycho.

    • Exp share thing makes me ):
Fast start is good to hear, hopefully it doesn’t mean that it goes by too fast though
I only use the dpad for DS games anyway, so eh, no biggie.
Running thing is cool, but I could see it feeling weird.

    • – I’m fine with the EXP Share functioning like in the last games, even though it makes grinding your team too easy.At least it’s not a hold item like the old games, cause the EV boosting items and even the Lucky Egg are really useful for training pokemon. What GF should do though is for the EXP Share to have two options, have it boost the entire party or have a selected pokemon get the boost so people would stop complaining about overleveling their team
      – Already like the fast pace from the sound of it
      – Well darn….the rubber on my Circle Pad is badly worn off.I was really hoping that I can play with the D Pad….

      Reply
    • – I will have my EXP.Share turned off.
      – I like using the D-Pad quite a lot, not too happy not having that option, I guess they have good reason.

    • I’m really annoyed sneaking and the dexnav aren’t back, they’re exactly the kind of feature GF tend to axe after only featuring them in one remake, out of what seems to be only laziness, despite the feature being useful and well-loved.

  31. Jangmo-o’s evolutionary family LOOKS EPIC: the warlike headdress, the arms, the scales, the typing, THE COLORS! Finally a Dragon-type Pokemon that is unique (not saying other Dragon Pokemon are not, simply stating HOW unique it is).

  32. I hope Jangmo-o isn’t the pseudo-legend… too many Dragon-type pseudos we need something different. Only the following types have gotten pseudos:
    – Dragon
    – Flying
    – Dark
    – Rock
    – Steel
    – Psychic
    – Ground

    That’s just 7 types out of 18…

  33. I want a Fairy Pokemon as a pseudo, something divine and feminine almost like an Ophanim (one of the highest positions of an angel), and yet just looks epic.

“This Pokemon is thought to only come when great trouble arises, bringing with it light and all that is good. Sightings of this Pokemon, known as a guardian in some parts are rare, but those who do see it are considered tk be forever annointed. It is said that to win the heart of this Pokemon means eternal happiness and luck.”

    • That sounds more like a Mythical/Legendary Pokemon. Pseudo legends are normal Pokemon that anyone can have, they are just slightly stronger than most other Pokemon.

Personally I want a Poison/Ice type Pseudo Legendary. With the ability Snow Warning and an update to Hail making it give Ice Types a 50% boost to defence.

        • What the hell does the type combo have anything to do with the ability.

How does an Ice/Grass yeti summon Hail? How does a Rock/Ice dinosaur summon Hail? How does Godzilla summon a Sandstorm? Please explain this shit to me.

          • i mean Abomasnow is literally a snow monster so snowstorms are to follow
Aurorus’s main ability is Refrigerate, so HA aren’t too on the nose but don’t forget their crystals can freeze stuff

          • Face it, it doesn’t have to make sense. The only thing weather summoning abilities need is for the Pokemon to be of the same type as the weather (bar Groudon of course)

I want an Ice/Poison type cos it’s a unique type combination and it’s not a Dragon. Granted it will have 5 weaknesses, but I want a buffed Hail to help it out, in the same vain as Tyranitar.

          • i hear ya, but i personally just can’t see ice/poison flowing organically they’re just very different types

    • I want a Fairy/Dragon hybrid. It could be a Pixie + Dragon mixture, with two septette evolution lines, connecting at the final one. Fairy line could have a baby pixie, followed by a medium pixie with the dragon-type’s features scattered all around, and vice versa.

  34. That moment Sun/Moon already has more type variety than X/Y’s entire ‘dex. Although X/Y was a fun adventure, I guess the transition to 3D halted the developments that could be made.

  35. Guzma: Funny how we were both outcasts of the system: failures who never completed the Island Challenge. Cowards.
Kukui: Yet our paths differed thereafter. Guzma, can you not see?! Are you so blinded that you turn an eye to the suffering of Pokemon?! OPEN YOUR EYES!
Guzma: This system, Kukui, is corrupt. This world is… broken, just fragments of what it once was.
Kukui:And you think what you’ve done will solve this?! Guzma, you-
Guzma: You don’t understand the humiliation! You’re the diamond in the rough! You never went through what I did! You don’t know! Hmph! I see you too have been corrupted by this system!
    Kukui: Guzma…
Guzma: Enough of this! From this day on, I will no longer feel pain. No longer be ashamed! Solgaleo! Lunala! Open the gates of heaven and lead me to happiness. Kukui, I’m selfish, I’m bitter, I know. But let me have one, just ONE chance at MY happiness. *Jumps into the dimensional portal created by Solgaleo and Lunala*

  36. Haha can’t wait till the demo gets severely datamined and leaks the whole game after all the effort they put into the press taster info being controlled… :'(
Seriously though it’s kind of scary that’s probably what’ll happen, honestly only GF could put themselves in such ironic and frustrating situations for the simple reason that that’s how they roll…

  37. I have no interest in Pokken Tournament as it has too little Pokemon, and them just adding 1 at a time seems too painful.

    • I tried so hard in RSE to get to the moon for Jirachi, that was a rumor going around my school. They said if some number in the mossdeep space center got to 100, you could travel to the moon. Can’t remember specifics.

      • I wasn’t expecting to win; I was just trying out some new Pokemon, but they got me closer to winning than I’ve ever been. I don’t want to go into detail on my team because I’m going to be using them in the Pokejungle Tournament, but the Pokemon that was poisoned had Drain Punch. Although I couldn’t use it because of the dang Protect!!
        And it was Singles, btw.

          • I’m not sure. I work in a hospital so I’m sure they can, they need to make sure I know what to do in the case of patient abuse, and that I know the patient’s right to their privacy and none of their personal info gets leaked, etc.

          • Most places I’ve looked at indicate that they should only be allowed to make you train/take tests during work hours and that they can’t make you do it during work hours.

If the test is iminent, make sure it gets recorded that it was done during non-work hours so if it does turn out to be dodgy you have proof and can complain later.

If you’ve got while before having to do it, I suggest asking about it at the stackexchange: http://workplace.stackexchange.com/
