PokéJungle Asks: What’s Your Favorite Shiny Pokémon?

Shiny Pokémon are as cool as they are elusive. Some will go entire games without seeing any, while others will hatch egg after egg in search of one. A friend in here in Tokyo is currently working on hatching a shiny Snorlax and has already gone through 500 eggs. He probably has many, many more to go.

What’s your favorite shiny? Bonus internet points if you post a picture of it in the comments so everyone can see why it’s so rad!

  2. I guess I like my shiny Altaria. I don’t know if I have a set favorite though..Shiny Cresselia is pretty cool? I was obsessed with shiny Umbreon when I was in middle school. I wanted one so badly. Golurk is cool too….Shiny Mega Gallade is very nice too

  3. I got a Shiny Groudon in a lucky GTS trade a while back, hated his green color… but then Omega Ruby came along and gave me his glorious Primal form. Very Yes.

  4. Wow….this is a tough one….Idk if I have one SINGLE favorite, but I think I can narrow it down into one SET lol Sad thing is I don’t have any of what I’d call my favorite shinies hahaha First shiny was a Quagsire tho so that’s pretty cool lol

  10. Charizard. IT’S BLACK AND SCARY AND AWESOME. Also because I wanted one for years, and a friend who was talented at RNGing gifted me a shiny Charmander back in the 5th gen…so now I have a shiny Charizard of my own! Good memories.

  14. My favorite shiny is Slurpuff because it looks so cute, like a little cupcake with a cherry on top. I also really like slugma because it looks like cooling lava which is really awesome because its body is lava.
