The Pokémon TCG Online app released today on iPad in Australia, France, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, following a release in Canada last week. Today it has been announced that players in the United States will be able to download the app beginning tomorrow, September 30th. Additional markets will also receive the app later this week.
Who’s going to check the app out? Seems like a great way to give the TCG a go if you haven’t already done so with the Online application!

I can see those being connected somehow. Maybe a way of bringing in a new Darkrai event.
I was thinking it would be a dark plot, where the story he told was thd girl living there and he killed he (running away from robbing the hotel?), and now the girl walks his old workbuilding and hotel, waiting to return the favor, but he’s always hiding in his “house”, fearing her.
Also, he gains more money from telling you the story of how he killed her.

Coz not my style, Lloid Rocket seems to control a lot of space, but anyone with a reflect can shut it down easily. Only good KO move is the bowling ball, and having only one KO move makes it predictable. Tree is great defense, but in practice it won’t hit any player.

I was trying to take advantage of the fact no one will be running fire attacks… making my two steel types more viable. Venusaur is to wall and destroy opposing grass types like Trevenant and Gourgeist. Togekiss speed control with Tailwind, and flinch hax while Tailwind is up. Ultimately scrapped due to not enough Intimidate.

Also, Sinnoh gave us the excellent Infernape and Heatran.
And Hoenn gave us Blaziken.
And I think he meant during the story. In DP there was only the Chimchar and Ponyta lines available.
Well, IMO Blaziken isn’t a good fire type actually, until Gen 5.
But now it is while Infernape has dropped. The metagame changes over the years.
Doesn’t matter, the point has been made, Hoenn and Sinnoh have a poor fire-type selection.
Blaziken was pretty good before Gen5
It wasn’t about quality. He was on about quantity. DP had 2 fire types available. RS had Torchic, Slugma, Numel, Torkoal, Vulpix ( are the ones I remember off the top of my head)

It works on chrome. Sometimes (annoyingly) you need to clear cache for disqus to be back working again. If you don’t wanna do that, just Internet Explorer only for PJN. 🙂

I personally liked the plot, graphics were decent, pokes were coolish, overall it was a good game.
