Yes. Treecko is one of the few Grass-type Pokemon who is over-rated. People think he’s one of the best, powerful, and cool Pokemon out there because of the anime. And we all know every Fire-type starter is over-rated, excluding poor Cyndaquil.

i did as a kid but before i never knew what it was
Like I said before, maybe in the past, kyogre and groudon weren’t fighting eachother, they were fighting rayquaza. Maybe in the past, all the legendaries HAD their primal stones, but no one used them in case of crisis, but rayquaza wanted more power or something, so it used it, and went berserk with power. So kyogre and groudon had to activate theirs to stop him, and after a huge battle, they succeeded. after words, they all destroy their primal stones. And in Delta emerald, maybe the new team “aero” wants to create a new primal stone for rayquaza, so they can destroy the earth and everything in it.
BUT IN THE END
just as they are about to succeed, and they do, they start destroying, you see kyogre and groudon rise out of the water. with them, are maxie and archie. They are there to help stop team aero and STOP primal rayquaza, using the two who stopped it in the first place. They both mega evolve their pokemon and they unleash a signature move combo that completely reks rayquaza. The end.

Kyogre and Groudon are both the problem and the solution to Hoenn’s Problems and ultimately Rayquaza being the problem breaker
Kyogre created harsh floods and storms harming the native Hoenns until Groudon came in and created sunlight to dry the region to save them
BUT
at the same time Groudon’s light and heat scorched them and burned their crops with a drought until Kyogre and created life giving rain
But its one of those situations that can’t be tied don to who started what but it all ended with they duking it out and Raquaza breaking them up and returning then to their slumber
The Site says that when they first became their Primal Forms they sought out more power by battling each other, but we don’t know is how their quarrel ended
But i’m saying Raquaza was the liberator for Hoenn’s Legendary problems then went back to its own

I have a strong feeling that Greninja’s speed is going to lower a little bit when it gets a mega. (Similar to Garchomp & Sableye’s speed lowering).
None of the Kalos starters need two mega’s IMO. They’d be fine with one. 5th Gen is a diff story though lol
If Samurott gets two megas, one should be quadrupedal and bulky and the other should be bipedal and basically be a glass cannon.

mega chesnaught – Stance Change (uses Spiky Shield to change between forms, in defense form has its new increased defenses in attack form has its new increase attack & sped).
mega delphox – Levitate (only because I want her flying on a broom like a Witch =))
mega greninja – Protean (keep Protean but if they’re going to buff up its Sp Atk then decrease its speed a little bit and add to its defenses).
Inside the Zygarde game I’d also like to see Primal Zygarde, and mega evolutions for Volcanion, Hoopa, Pyroar, Helioptile, and a few 5th gen pokemon.

I so want a mega Helioptile! It just looks incomplete. When I saw it I was like “where is the rest? Is this it” it should be electric/fire ( since it’s based on the sun/solar rays it should be part fire type -_-) and it should keep solar power or get drought.

I think it might be a chimera or a manticore. So probably fire/poison or fire/dark. But pyro are looked like a final evo to me. Helioptile didn’t.
I really hate Heliolisk. I had one on my team and hated it. It’s design is super unfinished and typing is terrible along with abilities it can’t even take advantage of. Bad pokemon if you ask me.

Yep. Still annoys me to this day. I run one with Rivalry. I noticed a lot of people go the “Unnerve” route.
It’s because Rivalry actually weakens your attacks if your fighting a pokemon of the opposite gender which is always bad.
Yeah but I always switch out. And people predominantly run male pokemon so it works out in my favor 😉

You know, we’re really lucky here in the pokemon franchise. We get a mainstream game practically every year, not to mention all of the spinoffs. Most franchises have to wait anywhere from 3-4 years for another game to come along. Mario is the only other franchise I can think of that pops them out so quickly. Other than maybe COD (barf)

Don’t think we’d revisit Kanto. In a way, Kalos covering everything we would’ve done in Kanto. We woke up Snorlax with the pokeflute, got the Mewtwo post game, Santalune Forest has the same set up as Viridian, we got our Kanto starters, there would be no point haha.
2017 is the year they should celebrate something to do with Red & Green since it’ll be the 20th aniv for those games. But 20th aniv for the company as a whole is next year.

Pokemon Z Story Part One:

Seeing you worthy, Xerneas or Yveltal show themselves to you and telepathically tell you the ecosystem’s current state. Well according to the backpacker, he gave us hints that we don’t know his region and that he has his own champion etc, I believe the zygarde game will have 16 badges, 2 regions (kalos & the new one) and possibly have a time machine or parts of the game where we go back in time and learn certain things and stop the war from happening.
I don’t think so. I believe he’s referring to Generation 7 or maybe even Hoenn. I doubt they would pack that much into a game! Not doubting you or anything!
But he said we’ll see it in due time. He says it like he’s talking to the current trainer that we our using! This means we’ll be using the same exact trainer that we dressed up to board the Couriway Train. If you have a previous XY save it’ll trigger new things in the game like how Memory Link worked in B2W2
He even gave us the Strange Souvenir which presumably will unlock something in the new game. We are supposed to take this with us which means the new game will have trading capabbilites with XY
i bet the train in couriway town is under constroction in the other region which is why we cant use it. but then there’s the town we see of victory road.
Guessing for the Strange Souvenir it looked like a Tiki Head. So, I guess Hoenn because it was tropical and such. But you gave out a really good point. I did say that the Strange Souvenir depicted a Pokemon that protected people. So I’m guessing its a look into 7th generation having a tropical theme. Tho I could be wrong! XD

Neo Team Flare has made their first big move by trying to corrupt Lumiose City. If they succeed, they can control all of Kalos in a matter of days. Bonnie is powerless and cries, grief stricken that she could not, as a gym leader save her city. You challenge Lysandre and you beat him, ending his reign in Lumiose City but he says this is just the beginning and won’t make the same mistake twice. The screen goes black and you wake up in Bonnie’s room with all the gym leaders you have beaten around you. They tell you to conquer the rest of the gyms but be aware of Neo Team Flare and they will do everything they can to protect you. One by one, the gym leaders go missing every time you beat a new one. Your dilemma comes: either stop defeating the gym leaders, surrender or beat the remaining two and take out Team Flare. Bonnie comes to you on a helicopter with Clemont and gives yous some strength and hope and then, you go and defeat the remaining leaders and you are ready to face Team Neo Flare!

I’d love that. It would make the NPCs feel more human and it would be a nice touch for detail.
Just because there’s a new legendary that has an ability that counteracts the mascot legendaries, looks very interesting, has been shafted into a cave, and no one talks about it, doesn’t mean it’ll be the next mascot legendary. That’s just too obvious.

Sometimes the most obvious things are the ones that get the most doubts but they become true. :O
Things I want in Pokemon Z or some other Pokemon games but will never happen:
– Forests have become gigantic jungles with tree roots the size of houses and you can walk on them
– Half of Kalos is a desert with little oasis’ here and there with little Pokemon and life
– The other half is a humid jungle brimming with life and Pokemon
– Cities have retreated to mountaintops and sides of mountains, some towns are in giant caves
– Underground tunnel that transports goods, people, and pokemon, a gym is part of the underground transportation device
– The whole of Kalos is deprived of much needed electricity and the demand for Electrric-type Pokemon and other sources of energy has risen
– Neighboring region sees this and tries to attack Kalos, it’s a Pokemon War
And instead of an evil team you’re at war with the other country and when things are settled you can go to that region.
I just noticed Kalos was lacking a desert. I don’t count that thing by the power plant a desert lol

And the ability for Primal/OrMega Zygarde should work just like an inverse battle. It’s dragon moves super effective against Xerneas, it’s ground moves super effective against Yveltal. This is why the only place you do Inverse battle’s is in the house next to Terminus Cave (where Zygarde lives, he’s emitting the powers).

– Failed attempt at making a better story than BW

– Unmemorable characters, gym leaders, and antagonists
Overall, I would rate it A for trying and C+ for execution…
You think they would’ve learned from the things they got right in past generations such as gym leaders and champion taking part in the story. But no. Step forward for the graphics, step back for the story.
I got the underlying message. They did a good job there.
Lysandre wanted to change the world in the wrong way by destroying it. The message was ‘You can change the world with you, in the right way.’ And ‘Our world’s villains could be everyday people that think they are in the right.’
It also didn’t feel rushed to me.
I would give it a B-. At least.

– Memorable characters, rivals, gym leaders (except for Brycen), towns/cities/other settings, and antagonists
– Amazing climax
– Proper plot structure usage
Overall, I would rate it A for trying and A for execution…

(I can’t rate Ruby or Sapphire as I’ve never played them).
I’d probably currently put them at a B- or C+ (Although I love them). Just because the gym leaders don’t do much for the story and Steven was almost as boring as Diantha (If that’s possible) But it looks like he’ll actually be taking a bigger part in the story so I’ll have to regrade when they come out.
He did kind of have a big part of the story, you meet him in granite cave, you battle with him in space center, he’s there with you to catch the legendary pokemon. He had WAY more personality than diantha, and one thing set him apart from most champions: he had a purpose.
And norman was your dad XD He had a part in the story kind of And wattson had the new mauville thing which was awesome :3 And of course the gym leader wallace is there with you to help catch the legendary pokemon.
Alder had a purpose as well. More so than any other champions introduced so far so I would have to disagree with the purpose statement.
That’s true! He’s better than Diantha. I forgot he had more to the story after the space center. At least he was helpful unlike DIANTHA. I’m looking forward to his expanded role though!

My favorite starters are Delphox and Sceptile. My favorite types are fairy and dragon. My favorite generation is 6 and my favorite region is kalos. My favorite types and pokemon order changes sometimes, but my favorite type goes between fairy and dragon. The only list that has an order and I have nailed down is my top 5 favorite pokemon.

Fairy types are amazing as well, definitely a top type for me. And I definitely want a Fairy/Dragon combination.
