I’ve been putting off the Jade Jungle water starter’s sprite for so long because I felt like it would be difficult to make o_o Today i decided to do a re-sprite of it because i feel as though my spriting skills have improved and I’d be able to do it some justice.

Its a timeless classic in the Pokemon world, you encounter an obstacle, you look for the HM with the move to get past it, you get the badge to use it and then you progress

I just want Cut and Rock Smash gone. Surf, Waterfall, Rock Climb, Strength, Whirlpool and Fly could all stay as HMs!

I always though cut was essentially a weaker slash, why isn’t it? it makes so much sense and makes it not Entirely Useless!
Rock Smash is already a TM though.

If you like a pokemon competitively, you’ll likely not put cut on it… there’s a certain stigma on that…
I wouldn’t mind Cut remaining an HM if they would only just buff it somehow! Boost its power, change its type, something! Hell, buff it to 60 base power, change its type to Bug, and watch the entire world’s population of Scyther and Scizor rejoice!

You bet! The day R/S came out in the US, I bought Ruby, started it up ASAP, and picked a Mudkip. That Mudkip, and the level 100 Swampert currently in my PC in Y, are one and the same.
