  1. Hope you guys enjoy 😀 I’m always trying to add new things to the site! Zach was kind enough to help me with this 😉

  2. This comic made me laugh a little because of how true it is. I’m all for Nintendo, but they’re going some places lately that I’m not sure I wanna follow. lol

  3. This might actually be the reason why they announced ORAS so early and out of the blue. The 3DS sales didn’t meet their forecast, sooo.. yeah. It’s still doing well, though

  4. Just rewatched the Kyogre vs Groudon scene in Emerald.

I hope Steven and Wallace don’t call the weather-trio “super-ancient pokémon” again. The “super” part is redundant and silly.

  5. These comics will be good for the site. I have something new to look foward to every week now 🙂 Before this though, I watched nuzlocke”dot”com, Pokemon: Hard-mode. It’s a comic about Ruby doing a nuzlocke throughout all the regions and it’s amazing!!

  6. Guys… For those who are looking forward to new Megas and more forms etc… Heres a quote from nintendo when they were explaining the same-sex marriage thing in Tomodachi Life… “such a significant development change can’t be accomplished with a post-ship patch.”

    • Well I imagine for something like that the games are already written to allow for a patch update. I’m not 100% on programming but I would imagine for something like Pokemon there would be place holder data for a variable number of new pokemon.

With the Tomodachi Life issue it makes sense that it’d be harder to post patch seeing as they didn’t plan from the start to add more things to the game.

    • What they meant is that they already wrapped up development of the game. The team is already working on something else. They did not plan for them to stop doing what they do now and work on something else within their budgetary layout.
However, developing mega’s can be part of ORAS development, which can then be added to XY. The time and effort spent to put them in will be compensated by the fact of sales of the new games, and maybe even of XY. The same cannot be said about Tomodachi Life, becausing adding the same-sex marriage patch postlaunch will not lead to new sales, simple as that.

  7. It looks like a comic that i would normally see on sites like Dorkly or Brawl in the Family… And that’s a good thing

  8. so im working on homework, and just added a bunch of people from facebook to get more friend safari’s. I go into a dark safari and just look up from my homework when a new pokemon pops up. Well i run into a vullaby and i think to myself, i dont think theyre usually that pink, or brown..so i go on serebii and look it up, and i ran into a shiny vullaby! threw an ultra ball, and got a critical capture!!

  9. LOL @ the comic… welp if they were gonna make a sims-like game, shouldve added all kinds of couples.
But if that’s really how it went, then good idea on their part

  10. This is so sad. Underground coal mine explosion in Turkey killed nearly 300 miners, and there are 800 miners trapped. A very sad day.
