An all new downloadable Pokémon game for the 3DS has been announced in today’s Nintendo Direct: Pokémon Battle Trozei.
The game is known as Pokémon Battle Trozei in the US and Pokémon Link: Battle! in Europe and contains all 718 Pokémon. Gameplay is essentially that of older Trozei games, but this time features co-op for up to 4 players. It will be available to download from the eShop on March 20 in the US, March 13 in Europe and March 12 in Japan. The price will be $7.99.
The game also features new mechanics. The Pokémon you’re trying to capture is featured above the box and your matching will gradually weaken it. After you reduce its HP to zero it can be caught. Caught Pokémon can then be copied via Street Pass to friends!

As you can see, the top part of the head REALLY resembles the crystal like structure in Anistar City.
And the reason why mega stone spots glow/sparkle pink.
Diancie is probably related to mega evolution.

Fairly related to Hoenn day… the fate of Ludicolo in competitive Pokemon:
Smogon 5th Gen: They banned Drizzle + Swift Swim in OU, making Ludicolo viable only in RU… and Ubers!
VGC up to 2013: Politoed + Ludicolo is an awesome start.
Smogon 6th Gen: Ludicolo isn’t making big in OU or Ubers thanks to rain nerf. Drizzle (and to be fair, Drought as well) banned in UU. Not looking good.
VGC 2014: Ludicolo + U-turn or Volt Switch user with Politoed in the back is the standard Charizard Y counter.
The only think I agree with Smogon was its ban on Mega Kang

1. VGC (doubles) would be the main attraction in simulators with singles as a side event.
