Super Smash Bros 3DS Single Player Screenshot

While Pokémon news is slow, we’ll be covering some fun Nintendo-related news in collaboration with Retry Level, a site lead by some of the great staff here at PokéJungle!

Nintendo has posted the first screenshot of Super Smash Bros. 3DS’s single-player mode. The game’s director, Masahiro Sakurai, warned fans on Twitter that the single player experience would not be like Super Smash Bros. Brawl’s Subspace Emissary story mode. The screenshot seems close to Super Smash Bros. Melee’s adventure mode and could play similarly.

So far the only Pokémon-related playable fighter that has been revealed is Pikachu, but hopefully we’ll get another character soon! Who are you hoping makes the roster? Mewtwo, Jigglypuff, Lucario, the Pokémon Trainer… or someone new?!

  1. Apparently we haven’t seen Ash’s father in the anime (He was only seen in a flashback) because he went on a journey to become a pokemon trainer ._. His dad. Left him. As a baby. To become a trainer. How irresponsible.

  2. I seriously can’t wait for Smash Bros. to come out. I think the 3DS version will be dominant for me, because the 3DS is my proprietary console.

  5. I’ll be as child friendly as Possible so under 16 stop reading right now as I don’t want to scar you for life……………….you stopped,? Good so anyways a gardivour not a gallade but a gardivour had its ‘sausage’ out and a Kirlia came along and ‘sat’ on the gardivours ‘Sausage’ and ‘boinged’ until the ‘sausage’ magically produced milk. Done I am utterly done.
