As dija said, it’s East of Santalune. Before entering the gate to Victory Road, go down and surf on the water, then go down the Waterfall, and solve the Strength puzzle. You’ll have Earthquake 😀
I wish they put more story on AZ. We ran into him once, and then the next time we saw him was behind bars. It was a very sad story 🙁 And I was shocked to learn all those stones were tombstones!
The cutscenes were awesome! And yes, Lysandre’s battle music was epic. 2nd best Team Leader theme imo.
They were tombstones? XD I was too amazed by the music and presentation to actually sit down and understand what I was reading!
Yeah! Of all the Pokemon that were killed with the Ultimate Weapon I believe :O One of the pictures showed each Pokemon in the stone! T’was crazy!
I loved the music in victory road…and E4….disliked champion music

maybe I didn’t hear it long enough…I’ll give it more chances…it was more like it contrasted the E4 theme so much that I just couldn’t get into it.
its a really bubbly tune, which fit well with her character. It was not Steven Stone amazing but it was alright

But I made sure to make each pokemon faint during my fishing expedition.
Is that a requirement for consecutive fishing, or can we run away?
I am not sure. The guide is vague.
All I know is that you can’t move…not sure if you are allowed to open a menu or access a pss battle.
I made sure to not move, successful cast the fishing rod, defeat each wild pokemon, and repeat this about 70 times.
Oh, make sure you have an Octillery with suction cups in front of your party! I fainted mine so I could use a different pokemon to OHKO the wild pokemon.
The suction cups ensures you snag a pokemon on the fishing rod…as long as your hit the button on time that is.
OH so if I faint Octillery it’s Suction Cups will still function, as long as it is at the front of the party? YES!

I have yet to get the message “no nibble” since using this method.
I know only Surf and Strength are required to get through Victory Road, but do we need Cut, Rock Smash, and/or Waterfall? I want to get all the items haha.
No, they aren’t required, but you will need them to 100% Victory Road. Also, just watched the 4th part of Pokemon Origins. My god.

Serebii has a nice guide…basically you need to fish in the same spot again and again…no saving or moving in order to increase shiny encounters.
