  3. So I’m trying to build my competitive team and I need some help getting the right natures and IVs.

How do I pass down IVs from a parent Pokemon?

  4. As much as I love X and Y I also think they act as such a good base for Gamefreak to build upon for the next releases (R/S remakes please ^_^) just look at the difference between Diamond/Pearl and B2/W2

  5. X and Y are hands down the greatest Pokemon games I’ve ever played. The graphics are beautiful (though lack of 3D on double and triple battles was disappointing), breeding is streamlined, the Pokemon selection is astounding, and IV training has never been easier.

And on top of that, it is the first game in the series that has some semblance of emotional depth. I nearly cried during the end credits (not going to elaborate any more for those who haven’t yet experienced it, but you know what I mean). Certainly you could call the story juvenile compared to other games these days, but for a Pokemon game it was heaven.

Also, in the Battle Maison, a Hex Maniac named Clara implied I was the Doctor. (Something about being “a doctor from an evil planet”). Best. Localization. Ever.
