The Japanese PGL has revealed that members of the Daisuki Club will be able to download special Dialga, Palkia and Giratina PokéDolls. A password will be sent to Club members on the 13th of February with the dolls being available to download two days later, from the 15th.
Cheren’s Pokédex skin will be obtainable in Black 2 & White 2 by completing a special quiz based on Cheren, with the starting and download date currently unknown.

I always find it hard to get my Pokemon to go to the dream world, and frankly, I’ve never downloaded a C-Gear skin. I’ve been thinking of downloading the Keldeo skin for my Black 2, I mean I can see how the new C-Gear’s are so blank and spacious, the skins are surely meant to be downloaded to improve them! Heck I think I’ll do it now!
