Personally, I believe that we should be able to play what we enjoy, regardless of age. If you enjoy doing something, why should your age prevent you from doing so. At one time I was told by people I was too old and I didn’t care because it’s not them playing Pokemon, it’s me, and it doesn’t effect them in any way. However, a better example would be last year my little cousin who loves pokemon, plays it everyday and would go on about it all day(not saying I don’t play it often I just don’t have time to every day), was getting picked on at school for playing Pokemon because the other kids said he was too old. He’s not a very confrontational person, so he would just sit back and take it, however, when I saw him one day he was crying because he thought he had to get rid of all his stuff and stop playing because he was “too old”. I simply told him that if he liked playing it, why should anyone tell him otherwise just because of his age. He just started to smile and finally, said something to the kids that were picking on him, and he’s been left alone about that since and still plays Pokemon. So in summary, no I don’t think your ever too old to play Pokemon so long as you enjoy it.
