“Pokemon Smash” (formerly Pokemon Sunday) held a contest to design a new C-Gear skin and the winner has been finally announced. This picture of Choroneko was the fanart that was chosen (and it is pretty cute!). It’s now available for download.

That’s cool…imagine if they eventually did a skin where the owner of the game could input their favourite 6 (or however many idk) Pokemon. I know I would like that, and my C-Gear would feel a lot more personal to me then 🙂 Even if it isn’t possible, I guess it’s fun to imagine!
With the DSi being able to read SD cards (and also has some storage space itself) I’m surprised Nintendo didn’t allow us to upload our own pictures for the C-Gear background 🙁 It isn’t something that’s shared online so even if they were worried about inappropriate pictures being uploaded it isn’t like other people would see it.

I agree. Water types are my fave. And the colour would brighten up the C-Gear 🙂
It looks alright, I just wish it was a little bit taller. I hope they make local contests in the US for C-Gear skins once the games come out. I’d love to give a shot at that~

You know, this Generation is kind of a mix of Kanto and Johto Pokemon. I mean like Bachuru is an exact Spinarak, Baruchai is kinda like Hoothoot, Churine is a value to Sunkern, and Kumasyun is the role of Teddiursa.
. . . Speaking of that, i do renember PokeBeach americanizing Bachuru into Batul. I think it is it’s american name, so renember to call him that for now on.
