In Pokémon UNITE there is a fun way to earn holowear, clothing items and more: the energy rewards system! One energy reward point is earned per 100 Aeos energy you collect during matches. This can be increased with optional (paid) energy boost tanks. There are two caveats: each week you can only collect 1400 energy and every day you can only redeem up to 30 rewards.
